The breakfast has an amazing variety of food. Walking distance to the beach! Many stores nearby as well. A very close walk to the night market.

There is an underground parking garage, and the front desk staff were extremely enthusiastic and professional. They paid close attention to small details and were very considerate. I booked a room for two adults and two children, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged an extra bed at no additional cost to make our stay more comfortable. The luggage handler was very polite, helped carry our luggage to the room, and even explained how to use the in-room facilities. I did not receive this level of service at some nearby 5 stars hotels However, the hotel’s facilities are somewhat outdated, and the breakfast buffet offered limited choices. One issue I encountered was with parking. Although my car was initially parked in the basement, once the staff found out it was an electric vehicle, the security guard refused to let me park there and asked me to leave it on the sidewalk. This gave me the impression that the hotel is not welcoming to guests with electric vehicles.

The staff are so friendly! There is the alarm on the ceiling have blue lights make me abit hard to sleep out of that everything are amazing!

Hotel had great facilities and was well situated in the heart of Nha Trang. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The soundproofing in the rooms was pretty bad. It was ok for a few nights until a bus load of noisy guests turned up and then it was bad. Our room was very close to the building next door which were also noisy and smoking on their balcony 2m from our window. :(

The hotel was very well situated in a street behind the beach. The best part of this hotel are its staff who were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and catered to all types of guests. Our room was very close to the adjacent building and they were quite noisy but with the door closed and the curtains drawn the noise was minimalised. The rooms soundproofing was quite bad, for two nights it didn't matter but on the 3rd night a tour bus came in and the guests seemed to want to just talk loud and play music in the hall and the bad soundproofing was so obvious. I used the gym on one day as it was raining and I didn't go back as it seemed to be full of locals bent on playing loud music and posing.

Very good location everything was close to three hotel. Laundry around the corner one day service, excellent restaurant all close by. They arrange for a motor bike for me the only negative about this was it should have had at least a litter of fuel where as mine was on empty and I had trouble finding a gas station. Should just rent it full and request it to be returned that way Nothing I really likes the property and staff they were great

Good location, friendly staff, clean room and great view of sea, good selection at breakfast Spa is slightly old fashioned. We paid for the cheapest treatment for 150k each for an hour in the spa/sauna/jacuzzi/pool and was worth it. Think if you came for a spa day you may be disappointed but we really liked it.

The staff are friendly and the rom is good clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Otherwise big minus is noisy come from the shower of the rom beside or above our rom. Sleep is important for us. In the elevator lack of emergency buttom and buttom for connect to serurity in case the elevator stuck.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely attentive, excellent communication throughout. The sea view room was absolutely wonderful, stunning and relaxing view. was very clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was a celebratory event with a concert one night that lasted until midnight, making it quite noisy. However, the staff handled the situation quickly and professionally, offering me another room so I could sleep. Their quick problem solving was very impressive. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfort, and beautiful views. The lift was a bit slow, and some of the furniture, floors, and doors seemed to be getting old and may need upgrading.
