Ivy Nha Trang hotel

Very clean indeed. The pool, elavator, breakfast lounge. Everything is good. The door of my room 305 isn't working. I have to used the spared key.

The room and the entire hotel were clean, the room was the perfect size for 2 people and had a modern, cozy feel to it. Very good location, walking distance to a lot of good places to eat and drink. The beach is a 10-15 min walk or about 5 mins if you get a lift. Booked a twin bed for my partner and me, we were met with 2 single beds pushed together, which was quite uncomfortable, surprising a hotel of this size not having queen or king size mattresses. The buffet cost 60,000 D, whilst quite affordable, was very basic, no cereal, bacon, eggs or coffee. Much better options if you walk across the street, a lot of lovely cafes and restaurants that provide better quality food. The pool was ice cold, which explained us never saw anyone use it. The ''gym'' was a single treadmill and a pedal bike, kinda disappointing. The fridge provided was tiny and not cold enough; it looked about 20+ years old. The rooftop view was nice, but could have been nicer; the top of the building is blocked off, so only half of the city is visible. Nothing to do with the hotel, the mainly Russian tourist population isn't the most friendly, a drunk shirtless man yelling at my partner and i whilst we were enjoying a drink on the beach

At first, they put me in a small and cramped room, but later, at my request, they changed the room to a more spacious one without any extra charge. room № with format **05 - very small, **03 - middle, but very dark **02 - middle, much sunlight **04 - spacious rooms with a closed bathroom and shower partition (see photo) Please stop pouring drinking water into glass bottles; they break very often and injure people! While staying at the hotel, a glass water bottle accidentally broke, and I cut my feet on the shards. When I went to reception, the first thing they told me was that I had to pay 50,000 VND, despite the fact that my entire foot was bleeding. The only thing I can thank them for was giving me a band-aid.

Professional staff Far below 4 star quality, poor breakfast, small room, problems with electrical outlets, unfinished hallway outside room, poor view of old neighborhood, empty refrigerator, cheap packets of shampoo and body wash, curtains that don't close all the way, slow internet

Enjoyed my stay at the Ivy Hotel excellent location a very short stroll to the beach and the city centre. Surrounded by all you require in terms of restaurants, cafes, spars etc. Spacious clean rooms, a great breakfast. Charming very helpful staff. Great value for money, highly recommended.

When I arrived in my room, the room stunk of BO had to go down to the reception to get them to change my sheets because my pillow and sheets stunk

Room small, but clean. Breakfast very Basic. Good location Very dirty hallways, bad smell. The carpet should be removed. Poala area not clean enough.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk really went out of their way to help. Breakfast was great also. Enjoyed my stay

Breakfast was very good! Good location. Big, modern and clean rooms with very comfortable bed. Friendly reception staff Pool was very disappointing. Was dirty, very small and only a few chairs to sit on around it. Glass bathroom is weird when using the toilet!
