The stuff was super friendly here, we had a bit wet room at the first time, and they change the room for us, even with the upgrade! The stuff was super careful. Breakfast was good, enough options to try! Would recommend definitely Some rooms were a bit wet. Poor wi-fi and mobile signal

Very comfortable hotel, very nice shower and bathroom. Great staff! Wifi was pretty bad. No balcony, just a 'french balcony' (meaning you can only put one foot outside). We were on the 16th floor so I felt a bit afraid of heights when looking down from the window, but that's more of a personal thing :)

Loved our beach view from 17th Floor. Huge Bed very comfortable. Coffee was always cold and very sweet.

Because of Covid the hotel has cut back on services such as the bar and the restaurant closes after breakfast at 9.30am.

facilities and the room were really nice and location was good too customer service. the staff weren’t overly friendly- never greeted us or said anything when walking in/out, they looked uninterested

The breakfast was not very good.The staff were one there phones and unresponsive The pool area was only open one day. All under cover so no sun. No towels and no service. Everything closed. The girls on reception were really excellent so it was a shame. Pool area
