Very good location, very close to the beach and the night market. The staff is very polite and helpful. They provided additional towels when necessary and helped to resolve some issues. You cannot see it from the picture but the shower is not separated (just for you to know) At night we could hear some noises from outside even if the windows were closed. A little bit old building, and the room was fine in general but with some dirts on the bed, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable

Brilliant location. You can be on the beach in 4 minutes. Lots of places around the busy streets near the hotel. The hotel is down a quiet alley with other hotels as well as massage places, snack and drink stalls, restaurants, and two laundry services. The place was clean and there is daily housekeeping with a top-up of water and coffee. My room had a balcony which was nice, but it was really only for drying rather than chilling. The shower was good with almost-instant hot water. The bed was comfortably and so were the sheets. There is a safe and a small fridge in the room which was ideal for keeping my drinks cold. I had no problems with WiFi, I even had a video call without any issues. Overall it's really good for a beach holiday. Air-conditioning wasn't the strongest, but there was a nice powerful fan in the room. The TV didn't work properly. I pointed this out when I arrived, but it never got fixed.

The room was clean and had no specific scents. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. The kitchen team even adjusted their menu to accommodate my lactose-intolerant vegetarian diet. The food was simple but delicious and satisfying. The receptionist and staff went above and beyond, assisting me with my SIM card, food delivery, and recommendations for vegetarian cafés. They patiently answered all my countless questions, making my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was great for the price you pay for a 3-star hotel. Don't expect anything luxurious.

The location is perfect, with the added bonus of a lovely family run restaurant a few doors down. The staff are wonderful!!! I left my AirPods at the hotel and the staff kindly sent them to the hotel I am staying at! I am so happy that happened ? thank you so much! Highly recommend!! Construction site next door woke us up early every morning but that cannot be helped by the hotel.

The hotel was in a good location close to the beach and shops. The staff were kind and mostly helpful. It was pretty clean too. The photos of this property online are extremely misleading. Our room looked literally nothing like the photos and was very dated, dark and uninviting. The bed was quite hard too. Our ‘balcony’ was just a single stool on a tiny iron balcony looking down onto the street below and covered in cigarette stains. The pool and spa on the top floor was abysmal. It was very poorly maintained and ugly, everything was cramped dark and unclean. The view was ruined by construction around the building. I also requested an early check in (happy to pay more for the pleasure as we were arriving at 7am after an overnight bus. We were told this was subject to availability which is fine but on arrival we were simply told no it’s not possible and we have to wait until 2.. this was not ideal and no help was offered with the problem.) We had to ask to store our bags in a secure room as staff wanted us to just leave all of our luggage in the hotel entrance where literally anyone could access our belongings. Super not cool and would not stay here again.
