Amazing staff. Everyone was kind, always greeted us with a smile! The location is great. A short walk from the beach, tons of coffee shops, restaurants, stores around. The breakfast was good. It changed up most days, a good variety. We were here for 2 weeks and did not get sick of it. They make eggs to order so that is always great! Fresh fruits daily!! Very clean property. The sauna is permanently closed, looks like it is now a storage room. From what we could tell, no one uses the rooftop restaurant, we went in to grab a coffee and they kind of seemed surprised that we went in. That being said, they should close it and open up the space for beach chairs/ loungers. The pool area doesn't have any place to relax and lay out. Just high top tables and stools.

Great location. Modern comfortable room with great view. Above average buffet breakfast Staff interaction was a bit off but that's all the way through Vietnam. Customer Service is not high on the agenda as a broad observation.

What a lovely hotel! It's conveniently located near the beach and all the attractions in the city. The room was cozy and offered a beautiful view. The rooftop restaurant had a charming atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delightful! We truly appreciated Wendy's assistance and helpful advice during our stay. We ended up extending our visit because we found the value and location to be just perfect.

My stay at this hotel was overall decent, but there were a few drawbacks. The room was very small, and in my case, the window didn’t fully close. When it was windy, I had to fall asleep to a loud whistling sound, which was quite uncomfortable. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfasts were delicious, and housekeeping was frequent. However, cleanliness wasn’t perfect—there was black mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The hotel has a lounge on the top floor, which is a great spot to relax or work. There’s also a rooftop pool, but it seems more for aesthetics than for actual use. The location is great, with the beach nearby and plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it’s a mixed experience—some great aspects, but also a few issues that could be improved.

Ended up leaving a night early as the room was too small for us for 3 nights. The bathroom had a terrible smell to it so we had to keep the door closed at all times. The staff were nice though and it was generally clean but I wouldn’t stay again.

Nice pool Comfortable rooms There's a school outside that starts rousing music at 06:30. Take earplugs. My room near lift on 5th floor - smell of food in evenings which was disagreeable.

It was super clean and felt luxury We arrived very early and the man on reception was very helpful and we were able to pay for early check in! Great location Breakfast wasn’t the best but included in the price so can’t complain

Great hotel, 17-th floor apartment had an incredible city view! Room was big enough, and fully equipped, with very big bathroom. Hotel has small gym, wonderful small pool with incredible view (20th floor), sauna. Breakfasts - one of the best we had in all Wietnam. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Great experience!
