Annova Nha Trang Hotel

The hotel is located on the second block from the beach close enough to easily walk to the main area, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the bustling streets. Lotte Mart is also just a few minutes’ walk away, which was very convenient. The triple room was spacious and comfortable for three people, and we especially enjoyed the partial sea view from the balcony. We truly loved our stay here! The breakfast variety could be improved. On our first morning, we arrived around 9:00 a.m., and several items had not been replenished. There were no juice glasses available, and parts of the buffet felt like they had run out. As a result, we chose to skip breakfast at the hotel on the second and third days and ate outside instead. The room was clearly designated as non-smoking; however, we occasionally noticed a strong smell of smoke coming from the bathroom, likely from another room. We reported this to the receptionist, and the issue was resolved promptly, which we appreciated.

We considered several hotels in Nha Trang including Vinpearl Empire, Havana, and Prince Hotel, but ultimately went with the Annova and are so glad we did! We arrived around midnight after a long travel day, and Alex (Tai), who works the late night shift, was there to greet us and handle our check-in smoothly. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and also assisted us with extending our reservation and even arranged a late checkout, which made a big difference with our schedule. Our ocean view suite on the 20th floor was amazing. Waking up to the water every morning was a highlight, and our son absolutely loved it. The hotel is also just a five minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient. Breakfast was included with our stay, which was a great perk. They offer a solid spread of both Vietnamese and international dishes, and the menu rotates regularly so it never felt repetitive even during our extended stay. Highly recommend the Annova if you’re visiting Nha Trang. If you happen to check in late, Alex is your guy. He goes above and beyond.

Location, nice view, good TV (Samsung) Automatic light in the wardrobe switched on randomly so we had to call an electrician in the midnight to cut it off. Lightning in the bathroom was not enough. Beds were not very soft. Noise isolation wasn’t perfect. Very slow elevators. Receptionists keep talking with each other when you come to the deck. It’s not acceptable for a 5-stars hotel.

The price, staff was very helpful, and the location is great.

Fresh and clean Lobby. Staff were amazing. Room was incredible , an amazing View aside from odd placement of beautiful bathtub ?. Breakfast buffet was varied and catered to many cultures , one of the best I’ve ever seen. Definitely a 5 Star Hotel. I’m really digging here ?We had dinner on 28 th floor. Incredible view from our outside table. Dinner was good but delivery was slow , food prepared on 3 rd floor. No thought on delivery and timing of dinner. We wanted Lamb and Beef served with Red Wine ? a Common sense decision from kitchen staff . Cheese cake for dessert, it was delivered Frozen. Had to wait 20 minutes to eat . Not the server’s fault but Chef in charge of kitchen.

its central, near lotte mart. big beds Unprofessional and poor service, extremely slow. The hairdryer and electricity didn’t work on the first day. When I called for support, they hung up before I had finished asking my questions—this happened likely every time. When I asked for toilet paper, I had to remind them three times. When the toilet got clogged, I also had to remind the hotel staff several times. In the end, I unclogged it myself. P.S. This all happened while I was sick with nausea and stomach issues. I booked the hotel including flight transfers to and from the hotel, all paid in advance. However, the hotel staff missed the flight transfer because I had to remind them the day before arrival. When we arrived, they had only booked a four-seater car, even though we were seven people, including elderly and a child. The transfer was supposed to be free, as confirmed in the booking, but the staff claimed we had to pay for it. When I showed them the receipt proving that it was included, they said the booking site was fake There was clearly no communication between the staff, as they all kept asking the same questions, and the information we provided never seemed to reach everyone. after we had shown multiple proofs and pointed out several examples of their unprofessionalism—they said that they will offer a free transfer. But that was obvious, since we had already booked it as part of the package.

Room in 38 floor is so beautiful. Staffs need more learn English

We rented a room for a day, were very pleased. High floor, great view of the sea. There is a small balcony from where you can see both the sea and the mountains. We chose this room because of the bathroom. We wanted an open bathroom with a panoramic view. I was afraid that the photo on the website was taken with a wide lens and in reality there would be little space. In reality the room looks like in the photo, the room is not small, there is room to turn around. Clean, cozy, we really liked it. The staff is polite, friendly, there is a sauna, indoor pool. Excellent value for money. Thank you

Close to the beach and has a cute gift shop in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and balcony views of the ocean were beautiful. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Daily room cleanings were good. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Something between a 3-4. Shower head wasn't working very well and kept flooding the bathroom, no liquor at the roof top bar, and wish pool was more in the sun because it's quite chilly. Overall good experience though.
