The secure little box for my belongings gave me extra peace of mind. The place was very clean, and I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, it was surprisingly good and exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable overnight stay. The receptionist also called ahead to make sure I understood the accommodation, since some guests book without realizing it’s a dorm and that they’ll be sharing a room with other travelers. I really appreciated how thoughtful and considerate they were in making sure guests knew exactly what they were booking. Everything was great, to be honest. The only issue was that there wasn’t any hot water for showering on the sixth floor, which is definitely something that should be checked. Other than that, everything was perfect and the service was excellent.

hostel is a bit in a backyard and going to the beach takes longer than it seems. friendliness of the staff may be a result of guests behaviors in the past, to me it apparently wasn't harmonious. the pool is a bit of a bigger bathtub but on the top floor under the sky it still looked nice. breakfast only tried once, pancakes, jam, toast, watermelon, tea and coffee. room with a nice view on the top floor was clean and not too small. warm water temperature warm enough when hot temperature outside. daily tours and activities directly on or from onsite.

Staffs in the reception are good Around 8:00 AM on 8/31/2025, the cleaning lady on the first floor was the rudest person I encountered in Vietnam. As a backpacker who had just gotten off an overnight bus, I knew my check-in time hadn't arrived yet. I only wanted to put in my contact lenses and apply some simple sunscreen in the hostel's first-floor bathroom before heading out to explore the city. However, the cleaning lady immediately gave me a stern, unwelcoming look, as if I were interrupting her work. This is a hostel, catering primarily to backpackers. The staff should understand the basic needs of backpackers instead of treating guests as nuisances. Although there was a language barrier, I used gestures to explain my simple request to use the bathroom. Yet, she remained unfriendly and impatient, even pushing my foot with her mop (YES! SHE DID! RIDICULOUSLY!!!Treat customers worse than a dog!!!) while urging me to immediately store my luggage in the baggage room and leave the bathroom—all while sighing at me disapprovingly. I felt extremely disrespected and targeted. This cleaning lady desperately needs basic customer service training and emotional management coaching.

The owner is a very beautiful and nice lady, speaks fluent english. ? Have earplugs if you stay in the dorm. The beds are a bit shaky when someone is above you, but other than that nothing.

I showed up here after a serious motor bike accident and the staff treated me like family. From constantly checking in to make sure I was ok to making sure not to exclude me from the activities I felt at home here. I look forward to returning and being able to visit again. Truly an excellent experience. Plus they cook great food and the bar is awesome! I have zero dislikes. This place rocks!
