I purchased an ocean view room but got a city view room. The room was clean but small.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and had no damp smell. The staff were just as friendly and helpful as I remembered, and communication in English was smooth. The hotel is in a convenient location, and it’s quiet at night, which makes it easy to rest. I also really enjoyed the coffee again, it’s consistently good and a nice highlight each morning. Being close to the beach is still a big plus, perfect for a short walk and relaxing time. Overall, the quality is very consistent, and I would definitely come back again. I love the pool Breakfast had limited options, but tasty and acceptable for the price.

Great breakfast Beautiful view, better than the pictures Awesome shower Instagram friendly pool TV system, it was very easy to screen share The whole place felt brand new and modern No AC in the elevators, considering that they are slow and often crowded with sweaty people, it was quite annoying(why???) Room setup wasn’t thought through: rather cramped bathroom, door to the wardrobe that wasn’t a door, not enough shelves, no proper door/ventilation in the bathroom(a bit awkward for a couple) Cocktails could be cheaper and better made

It was raining and there were a lot of staff there, but no one seems to care to hold umbrellas for their guests. It may sound not compulsory but this bit of small act may tell you how they consider the importance of their guests

Love the facilities and the lobby. Rooms are so clean and modern look. I love my room view with seaview. And my favorite is the breakfast so many options and the location is perfect right where the action is and close to the beach . I will be back Nothing everything was perfect

Stayed here with friends - super chill vibes, cozy room, and yummy breakfast! Wifi was fast (yes, Netflix nights!). Staff were like sunshine. Totally coming back??

Location is fantastic - easy to get to anywhere. Modernity of the hotel is unrivalled - 2 other 5-star branded hotels we have stayed in in Nha Trang are dated and smells of moldy cupboard, but December hotel is bright, cheery and has no foul smell. This hotel doesn't see many tour groups, so you don't have a bunch of people hogging the lobby area waiting for their tour buses. Nothing

Morden, clean and beautiful Staff being difficult about us pulling the tables together for breakfast. 8people. Food not great Staff came straight towards us about an evian bottle bought up to the pool and said we will charge you.

The location was great! Easy to get around, lots of minimarts, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, laundry around. 5 mins to the mall and the beach. Staffs are all friendly First of all, I dont think this is 5 stars like on the booking app says. The breakfast wasnt that good, they dont have coffee from the machine at breakfast, not many options. Second of all, I didnt have “hot” water for the first 3 days. The first day was just warm and it was absolutely cold water after that. I reported to the reception a few times and it got fixed but it cant be steaming hot

New and clean hotel with great amenities. Buffet breakfast had a wide and great variety of food to choose from. Staff was very helpful and kind. Location is central with many options within close walking distance. Rooftop pool was beautiful. Definitly a must stay in Nha Trang!
