Erica Hotel is very nice high-rise hotel almost facing the beach in Nha Trang. We especially enjoyed daily cleaning, friendly and helpful staff, cleanness and simply amazing views from the top of the building where the infinity pool is located. Moreover, we would like to distinct Receptionist Nghia - he met us in the middle of night and made sure, we have everything working, so we can spend our first night. We faced few minor malfunctions, when we arrived - the tea kettle was not working, one bed light was broken and there was no hot water during the night. However, the receptionist Nghia made sure, we get the new kettle, the next day the lights were fixed and warm water was available to us after second night. It is quite a shame that Pool was very cold, the pool bar on the top as well Spa (baths, sauna) were closed due to low season and could not be turned on on request.

Location is perfect, 200m from the beach with many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Rooms are modern well appointed and comfortable with Smart TV. Some rooms have a bathtub we upgraded so we had this and a city view balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful, value for money it’s amazing for the price, we stayed 11 nights and paid just £22 GBP then upgraded for an extra £6 per night. Would highly recommend Rooftop pool is very small but hardly used so you stand a good chance of getting one of the six beds up there. Breakfast caters to Russian and Asian clientele but was fine for us as we are not picky and was even included in the room rate.

Breakfast was very good nice selection . Staff very friendly and helpful. Area very good for shops ,restaurants, bars and beach. Would liked the restaurant to have been open in the evening and the roof top bar but it was early in there season

I got 2 days sick. Really bad food poisoning. Pretty sure it was from the breakfast. But not sure exactly.

Bed was comfortable and room was decent. The location was great! Some of the staff were OK but management was horrible. Food staff were also not very hygienic when working with food. Couldn't even eat the free breakfast. Also water in the shower wasn't hot enough, it was barely warm. The air conditioner also didn't work great compared to other hotels

The location was good, it was nice to have a gym even though it was lacking equipment. Our room was looking very nice and it was the cleanest one we saw there. Breakfast was lovely! We found bed bugs from one of the beds in our room and first the receptionist didn't take us seriously and just said "are scared of little bugs haha" but then they let us sleep in another room and the next day we changed the hotel and got refund for the nights we didn't stay in there. But I'm not sure if they are gonna do all the necessary cleaning to get rid of them, for us the lady from reception just came with a spray bottle which was meant for flies and mosquitoes...
