Green Beach Hotel Nha Trang

Good location, friendly staff Breakfast could be improved. I saw also how they clean and pack the food for reuse.

Location close to the beach,the staff was helpful and breakfast so good I have no complaints

All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got an upgrade upon arrival which was a very nice surprise. Mr. Thi (I hope that’s the right spelling) did an awesome job at making us feel very welcome. Also, when I wasn’t feeling well, the front desk gave me directions to the nearest hospital. The hotel has a great location - about 3-5-minute walk to the beach. There is a Sailing club right across at the beach where you can rent lounges, order food and drinks, and use a restroom. Also, the nearest bus stop is just a couple minutes away. It was very convenient on the way to the VipPearl island. There is plenty of restaurants and shops right next to the hotel, so whenever we didn’t feel like venturing out far, it was easy to find good quality food, snacks or fruit. My guess, Vietnamese have a different definition of breakfast. Mostly, the food provided I’d eat for lunch or dinner. Since the dishes were rotated every day and there was always a good variety of local fruit, we never had issues with having a good breakfast though. Laundry services on site were great as well - fast and inexpensive. Overall, we had a great stay! We didn’t use the pool at all since we went to the beach almost daily. But we checked it out nevertheless. There were only 4 lounge chairs and a couple tables with regular chairs - that’s quite different from the pictures provided. Maybe it’s seasonal.

Toilet Nothing special for 5 star hotel! I thought I would get extra fancy stuff but basic

I had a problem being woken up by loud construction at 8am. I said something to the hotel staff because I didn't get much sleep. Besides moving my room, they gave me an extra night. When I got to my room there was also a fruit plate and cake and a letter of apology. What started out bad, the staff made up for it. Very little sleep. Hotel guests talk loud at all hours. Not the hotels fault per se, but perhaps some signs in Russian and Chinese to be respectful of guests after 10 pm might help. Was rudely awakened at 8 am with loud hammering and construction.

I was helped by Trang. Nice breakfast buffet spread and variety. The employees have all been very kind and helpful. They have all been very attentive and greet me by name whenever my party comes back to the hotel, which is something you never find back in the US. The rooms are clean and the view we had was nice. There is no hand soap in the bathroom by default. Bar hand soap is available, but only by special request. I think it would be a better guest experience if hand soap is available by default, since that is a standard in the majority of hotels.

Great location, comfortable beds and good rooftop pool. Breakfast is a massive buffet and has something for everyone. Hotel can provide beach towels on asking, and this was super helpful! Beds are really comfortable The bathroom and shower is very exposed to the rest of the room (frosted glass doors and no walls so sound and smells travel) Lets be honest not even an in love couple wants to know what their partner is doing in the toilet!

The location was perfect, the breakfast was great and the staff (especially the front desk team) were phenomenal!!! Suited our budget nicely and we thought it exceptional value for money! Maybe a smidgen dated, but nothing major.

Overall the hotel is good, but it is located right in the heart of the karaoke bars and clubs. The noise is very audible in the rooms, so expect noise. The pool, breakfast and staff were great.

Second time to visit Nha Trang I would choose this hotel again. Great breakfast, room, pool and staff. Special thanks to Nguyen, Tuong, Nga and Ngem

I love this hotel. The staff were excellent and professional. Rooms are nice too with a decent breakfast on offer everyday. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you’re in Nha Trang. Great value for money. I will be staying here more often. Thank you Green Beach staff for a wonderful experience. A big shout out to Tuong who booked all my bus tickets to Dalat and back. He went above and beyond to help which I’m super grateful!

Modern and clean Had to order extra pillows

Central hotel, close to shops a restaurants. Cleanliness of the room was not 5 * towels had holes in them, very sparse with toilet paper, didn’t mop floors or clean sink in the bathroom. Rooms are small for a long stay of 19 days.

All Nothing

You know you are staying somewhere special when the concierge remembers your name - and this hotel has 29 floors! It is in a fabulous location a minute from the gorgeous beach, with great facilities and rooms that are spotlessly clean and comfortable. But it was the team that really made it memorable. Thank you Mr Thi and everyone there.
