Spacious, comfortable room with floor-to-ceiling window and good city view. Good location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. What was outstanding was the front desk staff (especially Ngan). They were very helpful, prompt and courteous.

Noisy because of music next to the hotel and because of the street. Reception was not helpful at all. We feel like we were not welcome. Anyway I won't recommend it.

It was good still in June 2024. I remembered the nice and clean room. They did not tell about a deposit that was 2 times the room price. Also they did not even bother to see my online booking but they offered a paper to sign with conditions and prices different from my booking on this site. Very unfriendly and suspicious receptionist. Later they added "A damage deposit of VND 50 is required on arrival." This number is not correct. Is not VND 50 but VND 500 000 per room per night as the paper that they demand you to sign upon check in states.

Staff were amazing. They were very friendly & obliging. They helped us booked our tour at the last hour! We had trouble with organising transportation from Nha Trang to Da Lat and V's assistance was remarkable. We became stressed free because him. The second day of breakfast was better because it offered toasted bread with cheese.

the hotel's location was very close to the beach After a few days of traveling from Da Nang to Nha Trang, I really needed a place to rest, with all the amenities included (swimming pool, bathtub, clean room, and especially breakfast, as shown in the pictures on the website). However, all I got was a room that was no different from a budget guesthouse! Although the hotel's location was very close to the beach and fairly convenient for getting around, there was nothing else that stood out.

Very nice and clean place. Positively surprised how good place it is related to the price. Friendly staff could speak good English. Shower hot water with high pressure that is not common in Vietnam. Location is very nice next to the best part of the beach. It was nice and Safe to walk to restaurants and in the morning to the beach to see sunrise. And locals doing their morning swim and exercise. I did not find anything negative there.

The property is a scam, My total should be 430k but when i went to checkin they charged me 700k. They said either i take room or leave. They have been so rude to me.
