Toilet needed unblocking twice and the safe was so low and poorly lit ( blown light bulb) had to use phone torch to operate the safe, and it also required staff to reset it. Booking.com advertised that their was cable TV and Satellite TV but again staff had to be called upon to get it operating. Minor things really and staff were very helpful and friendly making our stay enjoyable.

Reviews of this hotel are NOT true. Overall, the hotel is old, smelly, dirty, and just plain gross. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend you look elsewhere. The moment we stepped into the room, we were hit with a bad smell — clearly someone had been smoking in there before us. The stench of cigarettes was everywhere: in the air, in the towels, even in the bedding. By the end of our stay, all of our clothes smelled like smoke too. The cleanliness was shocking — we found black hair all over the floor as soon as we entered. The room in general felt dirty and worn down, with outdated furniture and a very unpleasant vibe. We booked a “landmark view” and a “city view” room — what a joke! Room just faced the walls of nearby building and ongoing construction. No views at all, just concrete. The window isn’t fully covered by curtains, so expect to be woken up by bright sunlight around 6 am. The air conditioner was either blasting freezing cold air or not working at all — no in-between — and the thin blanket they provide is useless. We were freezing at night and couldn’t sleep properly. The shower is poorly designed — you’ll get soaked from head to toe just trying to adjust the temperature. And the worst part? The toilet area is made of glass. Zero privacy — you’ll hear every sound your partner makes. Extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting — greasy, tasteless slop. I couldn’t even drink the coffee. The glasses for water were dirty, with visible stains and marks, like they hadn’t been washed properly. We ended up eating out every morning, even though breakfast was included.

the hotel is neither old nor new, the good thing is they clean up the room daily, and stock up basic items for us! The shower gel container was broken due to low quality but we managed to use it and does not raise the complaint! We highly recommend the hotel owner has the room facility checked every year to make necessary adjustment 2 things: - On our first day, we went to have breakfast at around 8 am( breakfast time is from 6-9h30) but we found most of the food at low supply! Food flavour is nothing special either! - due to the location, there are limited slots for car parking, I have to park my car at a nearby area which is in quite far walking distance( they do offer a ride to the car parking by security staff but overall it is not convenient)

Very friendly staff. Tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible and reacted to the requests very fast and willingly. Room is large All in all: VERY POOR breakfast, basically nothing to eat except eggs and cucumbers. And I mean it View is a partially sea view, as hotel is not on the first line, you’ll have to cross 2 streets to get to the sea Location is all in all nice-shops and restaurants are quite near, but would not consider that “beach front” Room: No drying wrack, no balcony-not very convenient to dry clothes Ran out of shower gel-was not filled No iron-were told ironing service is free of charge, then said it’s not, will get back with new info, but was not successful Rooms are dark, especially wardrobe area It’s not possible to turn on fridge and kettle at the same time (sockets are small) No tea choices, was provided by 3in1 coffee and jasmine tea only (considering 4stars)

Location is good but no seaview from room. High floor, quite room. AC is cold. Water pressure is strong. Convenient to look for food, shopping & walking distance to beach. Request for 1pm check out, not allowed but need to pay a charge. Never happen for other hotels I stay when I request. After argue, then only allowed, but I feel bad impression.

great staff who couldn’t do enough. great bed and large room. where do we start. no water into the room when we got there then the shower didn’t work so at 1 am they had to move us to a much smaller room for the night. that room didn’t have any hot water in the morning either and the main shower head didn’t work. they then moved us back to the first room. so the toilet doors don’t close properly so no privacy there and that was in both we rooms. no shower gel in the containers. the noise from the rooms next door and below was ridiculous even though they said it had extra sound proofing. the bath jets didn’t work either and it’s one of their selling points. lots wrong with this hotel and I seriously wouldn’t bother spending your money here. pleased we got it on the cheaper, booking.com deal and didn’t spent too much money on it.
