Regalia Gold Hotel

Good location Only 2 keys. Breakfast was not fresh or good- not enough heat for food. My son said milk tastes like spoiled. I like the noodle but here they don’t look presentable. Staffs don’t look happy in the breakfast floor. One lady gave stink eyes when my son accidentally spilled his overflow pho walking to his table. The elevators were hot. Room was hot when we arrived. Lobby was hot since they tried to save electricity. Our dirty little towel on the bed was put back in the bathroom. Not enough signs to let us know their rules of savings for electricity and cleaning.

Located in the central area so my family was easy to find restaurants. The hotel have a swimming pool at the top of building so worth it to enjoy

Suite room was fantastic with freestanding bathtub. Pool area extra large considering location and rooftop. Big choice of selection at breakfast. The lifts were fairly busy at peak times resulting in a bit of a wait.

Great location close to the beach. The building and hotel are new so the facilities are great, the staff are helpful and try to help. Having a gym properly set up is another bonus. The infinity pool is excellent too. Breakfast is very good but probably not vegetarian friendly. One issue is if you shower the whole room gets wet because of the design. Small issue compared to the pros.

Great location, short walk to the beach, spas, restaurants and laundry very close by. Great family stay. Pool view and cocktails I'd recommend. I did not visit the on site spa or restaurant so cannot comment on this. Whilst the buffet breakfast was varied in selection I found most hot food to be cold/warm and average in taste but this just could be my preference. The bed was so comfortable and the view was great (partial sea view) the bathroom had a smell to it that was not overly pleasant and the shower gel wasn't to my liking but other than that it was a solid 8.5/10 stay for myself and my family of varied ages. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

The skybar was the best. DJ most night and live band on Wed and Sat when we were there. Breakfast was just ok. Not enough lights in the bathroom, especially over the sink to apply makeup. I found the same layout in other hotels in VN. Bring your own makeup mirror so you can apply makeup next to a window.

Amazing . Everything was really lovely. The pool was great and amenities were awesome. The location was perfect and rooms were modern and clean and such good value for money I hated the gym. It was tiny and only had one treadmill. I had to wait an hour to use it cause a guy selfishly would not get off and when I asked staff about it they were not at all helpful. The check in time was super slow and took over an hour even though we checked in later in the evening too. The staff weren’t the friendliest

Nice staff and pool area. Good buffet breakfast. Elevators too slow. Staff made us wait 5 mins to our room before we could leave. 32nd floor smells like Fireball whiskey. Drinks and food menu too expensive.

Cleanness, friendly, worth the money Friendly, values

The pool and bar area was nice with a lovely view over the city. The room was nice and clean with a nice big window. The location is nice with a short walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants right outside the hotel. Breakfast was chaotic and badly laid out, the food stations didn't seem to flow very well with random mixes of food items which didn't really go together. Lots of people pushing past and generally quite rude. Staff were not welcoming upon my arrival and almost seemed although I was an inconvenience to them and when I asked about laundry again they seemed very uninterested. It's a very busy hotel and doesn't seem to have the facilities to cope with the amount of guests. Often I was waiting a long time for a lift to get to my floor.

Nice and clean Staffs is measurable and we found every single of them from reception desk to all staffs.
