We had a fantastic stay in the Club Room. The breakfast was a highlight, offering both Asian and Western styles in a great family-friendly setup near the pool. We also appreciated the hotel’s flexibility; when we had an early departure, they prepared a takeaway breakfast box for us. The evening canapés (5–7 PM) were a lovely touch, and the staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. The parking staff at Basement Floor was also helpful and nice.

We enjoyed our stay here. On the plus side it’s in an excellent central location, the rooms are spacious, clean and we really appreciated the excellent showed (great water pressure). Staff were helpful and very friendly. The check in and out process was seamless. Only a couple of areas could be improved. The lounge chairs at the pool don’t have cushions, so it’s not conducive to extended stays relaxing by the pool. The pool could also benefit from more upbeat music. And there aren’t nearly enough beach chairs on their section of beach, so we ended up renting chairs each day further down the beach. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.

Service was sensational - staff were lovely Room was clean and comfortable Every single thing on the buffet breakfast every morning was stone cold. Had to keep asking for bacon - never any at the station. The sausages and everything else were completely cold. Would have been nice hot

It is the second line from the beach, actually it’s a good location as it’s not so noisy at night, but it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the beach as you have to bypass the buildings that are in front of the hotel. The sinks in the bath and at the kitchen are not comfortable as you get wet while washing hands or doing dishes.

Our checking in room was smooth and pleasant. The reservation manager at the reception, Mr. Chi very warmly welcomed and put us up in a spacious and cozy room with a stunning sea view on 16 th floor. From the beginning of our meeting Mr. Chi showed his strong willingness to help us with various issues we faced. The breakfast buffet on 30 th floor of the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options, including pork meat dishes (which is not suitable for guests from Malaysia and Middle East countries). The restaurant staff is attentive. Ms. Nhu, an assistant at F&B , anticipates guest needs, providing prompt and efficient service. When the fruits corner at the restaurant buffet was running out of watermelon, dragon and other fruits, Ms. Nhu, having noticed my searching look, assured me that in a few minutes she would bring the desirable fruits to our table. We were touched by such a proactive approach, efficiency and professional attention to individual preferences of guests. general, Tui Blue is a very good hotel. Yet, there are, of course, a few premises for the hotel improvement: electric outlets for plugging-in sockets in the room are definitely needed to be fixed, the door and other facilities in the bathroom are worn out and required to be renovated; one of three lifts is out of service for some time. The above comments and suggestions for the hotel upgrading do not undermine a high level of the hotel. When we travel again to the beautiful Nha Trang, we will definitely return to Tui Blue and recommend this cozy hotel to our friends.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very big with a lot of wardrobe. We appreciate a lot the balcony. Very good breakfast. As the hotel have to follow the city regulation, some days no more beach chair available. However, you still can have the beach towel (at the beach or reception desk) and chair very close with other provider (around 80.000 and 100.000 vnd). The beach is clean.

Service and staff were excellent and very helpful. Location was super and you can walk to anywhere easily. I recommend to anyone to stay here if they visit Nha Trang. Honestly i can't say anything negative about the place. Only i wished they had cheese on breakfast.

It is a great place for families. It has great facilities, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing and very affordable. The water in the jacuzzi was cold. But everything else was just perfect!
