Liberty Central Nha Trang

We stayed at Liberty Central Nha Trang for four nights in a suite on the 20th floor. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the overall accommodation met our expectations. The hotel is in an excellent location—central, convenient, and only a short walk from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel also offers scooter rental through a third-party provider, making the process quick and hassle-free. Overall, the property itself is modern, comfortable, and offers good value for money. Our experience with the service was inconsistent and, unfortunately, below what we expect from a hotel of this standard. Early check-in was available but cost 50% of the nightly room rate and did not include breakfast. While I understand charging for early access to the room, excluding breakfast at that price felt unreasonable. Even a simple welcome coffee would have made our arrival feel much more welcoming. Housekeeping lacked consistency. Some days the room was cleaned thoroughly, while on others it clearly wasn’t. Even the towels varied from day to day in size and thickness, giving the impression of inconsistent housekeeping standards. The TVs in the suite were unnecessarily complicated to operate, and assistance was not always readily available. Although our suite was advertised with a sea view, it was only a partial view, visible mainly from the bathroom. The reception staff were polite but not particularly welcoming. The service felt formal, cold, and transactional rather than genuinely hospitable. Several receptionists spoke very limited English, and more than once simple requests resulted in confusion until we used a translation app. The biggest issue was the lack of follow-through. Requests were not consistently communicated between reception, housekeeping, and other service providers. We repeatedly had to ask two or even three times to ensure things had actually been done, and on several occasions we discovered they simply hadn’t been. Although we did not purchase breakfast, we visited the restaurant each morning for coffee. Unfortunately, the restaurant’s cleanliness was disappointing. Tables were not always properly cleaned between guests, the floor often felt sticky, and some chairs and sofas were visibly dirty. One particular incident left a poor impression. We poured coffee into our own reusable cup while sitting inside the restaurant because we preferred not to use the hotel cups.

The view from my room was the main thing that made my stay worth while. Average stay at average hotel. I would not stay here again. The reception area made the first impression and it was not a bright and welcoming space. All the seats have stains. I booked a premier double room and the sea view from my room on the 19th floor was honesty excellent.The room itself was okay, it could have been cleaner. The bed was clean and somewhat comfortable, but squeaky. The shower water was never hot, only warm. The plumbing was problematic. The shower floor would flood as the water didn't drain out well while taking a shower. The toilet was blocked. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful At breakfast, bacon was served only on request, after a 10 minute wait. Milk at the coffee station was served cold, coffee was warmed on request. Pool area was nice."Private beach" only has 6 umbrellas and 12 beach chairs, so there were never any open seats available. I opted to rent a beach chair from independent sellers for 100 000vnd.

We were in Vietnam on holidays for 18 days. Liberty Central was by far the stand out holiday stay. With my wife having some special needs we would never consider staying anywhere else. Ms Ha and Ms Vy made our stay so lovely. Ha and Vy are such a wonderful asset to this lovely hotel. No negatives.

Very convenient for downtown Nha Trang, beaches, taxis etc. Incredibly clean. Lovely room with very comfortable bed & lovely pillows. Room cleaned daily. Big shower with good quality shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. Breakfast was fabulous- an amazing selection of food, especially the fruit. Used the private beach area with pool towels provided. It was a great stay. Nothing bad to say!

Great location, nice room,good view,friendly and helpful staff . Only had Bacon, grilled tomatoes once in seven days at breakfast buffet .Tiny breakfast Cereal bowels a bit annoying.
