An excellent, well-located hotel. The staff is polite and very helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are large and highly comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic rooftop pool and the rich, varied breakfast. Highly recommended! Great central location, helpful staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and an amazing rooftop pool and breakfast. The hotel can get very crowded, leading to elevator delays and occasional noise in the hallways.

For the price paid, this hotel offers very good value for money. I stayed in a spacious room with a balcony, which had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room size was definitely one of the highlights. The hotel could improve some details regarding cleanliness and maintenance, but considering the rate, it was more than acceptable. The best feature by far is the infinity pool, which offers incredible views and creates a fantastic atmosphere. Although the pool area feels a little neglected and could benefit from better upkeep, it remains the standout feature of the property. The hotel also offers convenient parking, which is a nice advantage. Overall, if you are looking for a comfortable stay with large rooms, beautiful views, and excellent value for money, this hotel is a very good option.

great location big city vibes. not for me personally.

Very central to the centre and easy to get around. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was very limited for Westerners. We could have done with some banana's or regular toast as a bare minimum. No hot water in the shower.

The location was good, near to the beach and close to restaurants and shops area. A good vegetarian restaurant was around the corner. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was a good size and comfortable. All toiletries were provided. Swimming pool was a good size. The wifi was not good in the room. It would constantly disappear. It only worked ok if you stood by the door. It was fine in the corridor, but I was not going to stand in the corridor. I was also a little confused to receive an email from the hotel one day before departure asking me to provide a 10 review on Booking.Com. As there were little things that can be improved, it is not ready for a 10 grade review eg... the pool bar was not open. There were no pool towels. There was no service regarding help with luggage up/down the stairs to/from the taxi.

Good comfy beds, pillows and cotton bed linens. Good sized room. Room cleaned every day. Front counter staff and cleaning staff were all friendly and happy. Floor was filthy when first arrived, after asking twice in 2 days the floor in the main room was washed every day. The bathroom floor was never washed in 14 days. Bath mat was not changed in 14 days. No furniture on the balcony. Outdoor furniture around pool is getting worn out, although is usable. Hot water in shower must run for about 8 to 10 minutes before getting hot enough for a shower. Not the staff's fault. Management needs to be more diligent in training staff perhaps

Close to the beach. Not completely cleanin the bathroom but okay for one night. Windows did not close properly. Breakfast was average.

Only the size of the room, everything else crap. Almost the worst hotel I have ever been in. - extremely unfriendly and arogant staff (they never even heard of word 'Hello') - breakfast was horrible - almost no choice, except fried eggs (all other Chinese food); no juice; fruits plates were always empty; unfriendly staff - disaster - no hot water in the room - wifi were terrible - disconnecting all the time - roof pool disaster - bar was empty, water was not heated - location is terrible - you cant find any restaurant with Vietnamese foid, only Chinese restaurants - avoid this hotel, if possible

Only a few blocks back from the seafront. Quick transfer to the railway station. Not much in the immediate vicinity. The bar in front of the hotel was reasonable but the BBQ restaurant was expensive.
