Spacious room, great location Bath tub was a bit dusty on the inside. On checkin, they ask you to put down a deposit, which I wasn't expecting, so it had me sussed out a bit. However it was refunded with no issue after the stay. Just wish that had been clearer upfront.

The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was good in the washroom. The location was good and very close to the falls. Overall I had a pleasant stay and will be returning!

The location AND RJ made our stay a bit more comfortable with his witty sense of humor and bright smile thank you to RJ. The jacuzzi didn't work and that was the only reason I got that room, the TV never worked the bathtub was painted with oil base paint which had started to chip off into bath water. Before we arrived I requested that we check in early but I did get a response from the property, So when we got there they said that we're couldn't check in early which was an hour and half before check in....we had all of our things with us as we didnt have a car to keep our stuff in. The guy at the desk CHARGED us $20.00 for us to put our stuff in the room that we already paid for

Had manager a check in sign check in reciepe that rooms where smokey and dated. CHARGED $75 deposit per room and released funds back May 2 Out of no where on May 19 posted $75.00 charged. Manager does not know why the card was charged Said will find out and return Call No return call as of May 25

Great value for money which is close to the Niagara Falls. It is also close to the main street which has restaurants. Air condition is very loud. Check in experience is below my expectation but manage to check in without much problem. Very basic room provided but can't ask for much with this kind of pricing.
