room was really big and so clean and great all was amazing there everyone was so nice and it was in a perfect spot right in the middle of everything nothing
-
Good location and very nice employees.

The building is a bit old, but the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Overall, a good stay for the fair price and very convenient for exploring the area. The window in the bathroom was rotten and didn’t feel safe. It really needs to be repaired or replaced for safety and comfort.

Very good

Friendly reception

The hotel desperately needs refurbishment. The location was great, but the cleanliness of my room was awful — it was dusty, the carpet was so old and dirty that I didn’t even want to step on it without shoes, and the room itself was very uncomfortable.

Loved it magical !

We asked for the twin beds but they gave us queen size bed, so my 17 years old daughter had to share it with her father it caused a big inconvenience! We even were looking for another hotel in the middle of the night

Superb

Price, location, staff Everything considered, no complaints
-
Comfy bedroom with balcony and friendly staff. The Wifi speed - unsecure network and the signal / reception there is so low you can’t use your own data. If you need to work, find somewhere else. A lot of small prints and upgrades that makes no sense, but overall, if you need to just rest it’s worth it.

very bad Dear Officer I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent stay at hotel (Hotel Villa La Tour), which was marred by several serious issues that rendered the experience wholly unsatisfactory. Here is my booking information. Confirmation number:4616710551 Hotel Villa La Tour Sep 26 – Sep 27, Address: 4, Rue De La Tour, 06300 Nice, France The condition of the room and hotel facilities were far below any reasonable expectation of quality, and I have documented the following specific concerns, supported by attached pictures and videos: 1. Unsafe and Unstable Flooring: The flooring on the first floor was not level, resulting in constant noise and vibrations when walked upon. Certain sections of the floor even shook. 2 Faulty and Aged Facilities: The hair dryer in the room was not functioning properly and showed clear signs of deterioration, with its plastic casing yellowed and visibly aged. This reflects poor maintenance and a disregard for guest safety and comfort. 3 Unpleasant and Unsettling Atmosphere and Window: The narrow and poorly lit stairwells created an uncomfortable and unsettling environment, particularly at night. The lack of adequate lighting combined with the cramped design gave the space a disconcerting and unwelcoming feel. The window in the room could not be closed properly, which resulted in constant exposure to outside noise and compromised security. 4 Peeling Wallpaper: The wallpaper in the room was not adhered to the walls and would shake and peel upon touch. This clearly indicated neglect and lack of proper maintenance, detracting significantly from the room’s overall condition. 5 Narrow Exterior Staircase: The exterior stairway was exceedingly narrow, it was difficult to pass through safely. This presented a serious hazard, particularly in an emergency situation where safe and rapid egress is required. Considering the significant impact of these issues on my overall experience, as well as the potential safety risks posed

Excellent location in Old Town next to a little area of nice bars and restaurants.Could walk everywhereVery convenient for trams.Historic building.Staff were lovely. Some simple upgrades would make it nicer.Paint the lovely old shutters!!! Sometimes, the smell of cooking wafted up into the bedrooms. My initial room was not nice, but thanks to staff, I was moved to a refurbished room.
