location, staff, restaurant first day there was a rat next to the swimming pool which got us all on edge that were there. I emailed reception to let them know and someone came almost immediately to remove. The sun beds are absolutely terrible, the backs collapse constantly giving all a shock so you can't just relax in that area, The pool wasn't a nice experience for us.

Breakfast is generous. Nothing.

Stunning and unique hotel in Nice. Can’t find a better location One can probably ask for temporary load/unload parking place officially, as it is not clear where can we park short term if coming by car.
-
Perfect location, amazing staff, the room was nicely appointed. The maze of hallways, not enough signage to find your way to your room and back to lobby

We paid for a triple. However my cousin also had a triple which was 2 x the size of our room - they said because we only listed 2 people but we paid for a triple and felt like we were in a typical room. Also the bed was not there when we arrived , which was late so we had to wait a bit for a bed. Well like I said a triple should be consistently the same and it was not for 3k for 4 days I would have expected something remotely in the vicinity of what we paid for.

Beautiful view. Nice clean room. Easy access to old town. Restaurant with a lovely breakfast included in the stay. Restaurant staff were very nice. Was very expensive for a small hotel room and limited front desk staff/assistance. We would have loved there to be a concierge. There was no assistance with dinner reservations or other type of activity reservations. All staff was ver nice, just not too helpful beyond providing assistance on the property.

but unfortunately hotel is outdated, carpets are dirty and there is an ambience of darkness ,this is not a 4star hotel as advertised

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to answer any question or request. We used the valet parking service for our car, and the service was top-notch. The rooms are stunning, and the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Old fashion hotel with modern amenities. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet in charming surroundings.

The service of the staff was perfect Standard rooms are very standard

Excellent location. Friendly staff across the whole hotel. Room clean, well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the lounge chairs and bistro set on a the patio. Picturesque pool beside the cliff Navigating through the hotel with its different levels and elevators was challenging; not a problem, but better signage would be helpful

The location of the property is perfect. In the old city and near the port. Right by the water. The staff were kind. The elevators were out of service for much of our stay. We were on the fifth floor. And the day when the main elevator went down, they painted the railings of the stairs. The pool was closed for much of the time we were there, as well. So the hotel was actually a shadow of what it should have been.

The staff and the excellent location … steps to everything in Nice. Amazing service and excellent restaurant:) Unfortunately the lift the elevator was broken during the entire stay : 3 days :( We are fit young people but had to walk 5 flights of stairs to our room … back and forth everyday as well they closed the pool on a gorgeous day ( which is why we booked the property ) for a day for repairs ? ?

Superb location and attentive staff. Breakfast is very good but a bit pricy.

Room size was relatively small for the suite for 4 people .
-
Beautiful hotel with great amenities and the best rooftop view. Nothing

Excellent !!!
-
Hard to navigate multiple lifts
-
would be nice if they have more possibilities for dinner. bath room can be more improved for easier use.

The furniture was extremely old, and there was no lighting in the balcony. Some of the lamps were not working, and there were too many elevators to go through in order to reach the room.
