Really clean, great shower, large rooms. Very good varied breakfast. Easy 5 minutes walk into the centre where there are many places to eat/drink. Place to sit outside. Street parking only. Bed mattress didn't seem to be a double, but 2 singles.

The location is ideal to explore Mt Etna and the city of Catania. The host is very kind and always tries to accommodate requests, especially in terms of what guests prefer for breakfast. Breakfast is very abundant and won't leave you disappointed.

Nice cosy apartment not far from Etna Sud. Clean, comfy beds, nice host. Some weired noises from neighbours in the evening.

The breakfast was very good in quantity as well as quality. The location close to Etna is the main selling point. The room is silent. The WiFi works. The shower is hot. The room is warm enough, even in January. Don't expect to be able to communicate with English, Spanish or German, the host only speaks Italian. You can either talk with your hands, learn Italian or use a translation device/ app/ website (this is a common problem in Sicily).

Perfetto cucina, really good breakfast, really nice and big sleepingroom (old but quiet OK) - still a outdoor jaccuzzi is missing, would be the greatest after a day trip to etna.
