From the very first day of our arrival, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Your warmth and kindness truly made a difference, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. You went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, doing everything you could to make our experience enjoyable. A good value for money. Very good breakfast. Friendly family, the lady at the property welcomed us with a nice smile, a very bubbly lady indeed ?. Our stay was super from the time we entered at Etna Petit resort. If you are looking for a peaceful location surrounded with nature and does not empty your pockets Etna petit resort is just for you. We had a lovely short break at Etna Petit Relais, our room was great, the view over the pool and garden lovely, and the breakfast al fresco good. Our hosts were fabulous, going above and beyond, helping us retrieve a mislaid item in Catania, dropping us in town to catch the bus to Etna, surprising us with a sandwich lunch and organising a taxi back to the airport.

Exceptional

First of all would like to thank the owners for everything. They are very kind and friendly. They even helped us to settle our check in before.The room is small but for us it was great for 2 adults and a child. It was clean and the bed and towels were done every morning by the nice lady. Our view was to the pool and the garden which we loved. A good breakfast was served outside every morning. I highly recommend this property and it is located in a beautiful town close to good restaurants. And it felt safe. It is about 30 min from Etnaland and Shopping center. The room walls are a bit thin and we could here everything next door. But we have nothing to complain about.

Set in a quiet area close to some of the most beautiful places in Sicily like Zafferana, Milo, Rifugio Sapienza, and Etnaland and some good restaurants in the vicinity The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very modernly set and decorated
