I love having the buffet breakfast here while looking out on the sea. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. Taking the coastal tram to get there, there is a tram stop just around the corner.

Proximity to the beach, nice view over the sea (despite not being directly on the zeedijk), nice breakfast on the terrasse on the top floor of the building. No A/C. Proximity to the street: noise in the early morning from deliveries and trash collection. Bedding could use an upgrade.

Location was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was too small and no ventilation/air conditioning which made the room stuffy. There was however a fan, which helped a bit.

It was located in a great area for eating and finding things to do. The room was on the smaller side but we weren’t there to hang out in the room.

Situation in the Hotel is as follows: on the opposite site of the street, construction of The Grand Hotel is going on. 6 days a week. So you can´t enjoy sea vie, as well as sitting on the terrace in 5th floor. There has been no information i advance at all.

Secure parking. Excellent bathroom and quiet hotel, ie we did not hear the other guests and only saw them at breakfast. Lovely breakfast room and the roof terrace. The reception was a little unusual as it is not manned but check in went smoothly once someone arrived from another hotel. The receptionist was very helpful with explaining how to find the car park.
