A good place to stay in Nieuwpoort. Not close to the beach but close to the tram (which will take you everywhere), shops, restaurants, nature & culture. The room was comfortable and it's always nice to get some fresh water in the fridge (and it's great to have a fridge too of course). One of the best things is that this is also an Italian restaurant with real Italian food (it isn't cheap but if you want to eat great Italian food outside of Italy this is definitely one of the best places to go).

We didn't have breakfast because we only wanted a light breakfast., but the location was perfect for going out in the morning and finding an excellent place nearby for coffee and a croissant. There was only 1 sachet of coffee in the room We couldn't manage to get the TV to work

Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. We didn't order breakfast because €18 seemed expensive, although we regretted this because nowhere else in town was open.

Value for money was poor and it was limited. Location couldn't be better for getting about, catching the tram etc Breakfast

The location was great, street paking was free after 6pm. The room was okay but the towels and the linen could be better. The breakfast at additional cost was excellent. Sadly I was there on a Monday and many resturants were closed

There was no one to meet us when we arrived. Door to a scruffy entrance hall was open but there was no one there. Tried to phone but it rang to an answering message. Sat on the stairs for 45 minutes when a chef came down the stairs but didn't know about the 'hotel' side. He rang someone and got us a key to a very nice room. never saw anybody before leaving next morning. Not a good way to run accommodation. It was advertised as a B and B but there was no sign of breakfast

The couple Vanessa and Claudio were super hosts. Definitely try their restaurant downstairs. Recommend booking. Nothing, the only recommendation to the owners would be put a note on the safe to say it is not operable, or fixable.
