Didn't try the breakfast, but liked the welcome drink bar and staff were super friendly and helpful. Complimentary water with towel changes was a nice touch. There's not a lot to do in Niihama for entertainment purposes, but this is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel is a pretty standard experience for a business hotel in Japan.
