Everything ! Great location, best beach and wonderful staff TV in the rooms very small, lots of stairs

Porto Galini exceeded all of our expectations. It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The atmosphere is peaceful, elegant, and incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The hotel blends beautifully with its natural surroundings, and the sea views are simply stunning. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was well maintained, from the rooms to the beach and the common areas. This was one of the highlights of our Greece trip, and we would happily return in the future. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views and clean beach Lots of steps if you are older or disabled

The food, the sea, the pool, the staff were great. There are stairs inside the room that really bothered us. They are located in a way that could endanger older people. It is recommended to notify in advance. The shower is small, uncomfortable, there is no place to put personal equipment. The water came out of the shower and it was difficult to manage like that.

Location is amazing! The landscaping and the grounds are breathtaking! The staff is very nice. The beach is perfect. The location is the best in Lefkada. The rooms were disappointing. No privacy! Over-crowded rooms in each direction. Noises from outside at night, and also from the inside the room, noisy mini-bar and fans and flickering lights.

Absolutely one of the best run hotels I’ve ever been to! To start, the location is breathtaking. It has everything you would want- beautiful beach with loungers, pools, spa, gym, and great food. It’s impeccably kept. Spotless. But what truly stands out was the warmth, generosity and friendliness of the staff. From the front desk and servers, to the kind Food and Beverage Manager who made our dinner feel memorable. The staff love the General Manager and owners. It’s truly special and I wish we could stay longer. An exceptional choice for Lefkada or any Greek destination! Nothing

The all inclusive buffet was great The shower was not enclosed. The door had a gap, allowing air and bugs to get in. The sink faucets had their handles removed.

Amazing beaches

Beautiful resort, staff was great, room was fantastic!

The property is a lovely garden with perfect beach access. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can sit on the beach and view the sunrise steps from your room.

Small bathroom.

The dinner buffet - lots of food, but it wasnt very good and not at the same quality as tue Greek restaurant or the food by the beach or pool.

We were a little disappointed in the size of our first room. When we raised the issue we were told there were no other rooms available. However the next morning we were called and told that something had just come up and we could see it if we liked. The second room was larger and had a sea view. We were offered it at no additional cost. We ate at Segreto twice and the food was excellent. Our initial encounter with one of the staff was a bit unpleasant. Subsequent interactions were more respectful.

The area was great ,easy to do everything,beach,restaurants,spa, the place was super clean great staff. Restaurant Segreto was excellent,the staff was also amazing .Our waitress Georgina was amazing with great suggestions for food and wine! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.Spa was also amazing! The only thing we did not like is people leaving their towels on the beach chairs to reserve them before even going for breakfast,while some never even showed up to use the chairs,even though a sigh was up that staff would remove the towels, we witnessed none of that!

The staff is too rigid w rules and don’t know the city and roads or restaurant suggestions

A lot of stairs to climb as the hotel is situated uphill, wasn't a problem for me but could be more of an issue for elders. However the hotel has also golf carts shuttle service to assist the guests
