Great location - friendly staff - very clean - relaxed atmosphere

Lovely location, right above a beach, great views. Great staff - mostly young Brits. Most people were staying on an all-inclusive basis, using the water sports facilities. We booked last minute, room only, but were able to pay extra and hire equipment. Our room overlooked the pool and bar, but we didn't have any problem with noise. Room was basic and the decor was tired (although bathroom had been refurbed and had a nice powerful shower). We were disturbed in the morning by noise from within the building - mainly doors slamming. Pool area, sun beds etc could all do with an update - but we were happy considering the price we paid. Wifi in our room did not work.

The only things we've liked about was: -the location placed on the beach -the seaview from our room - a place on the terrace for towels and clothes to dry. - a really tiny room comparing with the photos we saw on booking. We barely found a place to put our luggages . We were 2+ 1 kid. -the old furniture and the old fridge which was making a weird sound (was annoying during the night). - the poorest breakfast we've ever ate. In Greece you can't be wrong with the food, but here we did. They've served the same 2-3 things on breakfast the whole week (nothing about the greek cuisine) . We've later understood the location is suitable for british people, because the location is owned by a british woman and everything was customed for their accomodation. So, if you look for a greek experience I would reccomend you to search for another place to enjoy your vacation.

The location Extremely small room, with no maintenance at all, very old furniture and quite noisy. Complete absence of reception and of any kind of hospitality service besides the cleaning service. No parking space available not only at the property but nearby also.

Staff very friendly and responsive. Room was cleaned every day. Nikiana Beach Resort is right on the beach and there are many nautic sport that you can have.

Quite location near beach. Poor insulation, you have feeling that someone will enter your room any second.

The location (the accomodation is on the beach, near tavernas and supermarker), nice staff, good value for the money There was no wifi in the rooms, only in the restaurant area. We did not have a net on the balcony door and in the night it was full of mosquitos in the room. Also, in one night water flowed from the air conditioner on the wardrobe while we had something charging on the outlet from there.

The location is amazing. We had a sea view room, with a balcony. The staff are incredible, so happy and helpful. They made our stay. Nothing is too much trouble. Would 100% recommend. Am planning to go back soon. A short walk to some gorgeous tavernas and shops. Mosquitoes. Take spray etc.
