Spacious luxury rooms with modernistic design, directly above the beach and sea. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Only thing is the whole bathroom is transparent, so either taking a shower or doing other stuff is visible from the room :)

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and a beautiful balcony that looked right out onto the beach and seafront, perfect for watching the sunset. The staff were incredibly accomodating and kind - the private sun beds on the beach are brilliant and take any stress out of finding a spot. Breakfast was fine. Location is good as it is out of the hustle and bustle of the main stretch of Nikiti waterfront, but only a 5-10 minute walk from the stretch of bars and restaurants. Nothing!

All! Staff, location, safety, cleaning, wi-fi . It was my confortable home for 2 weeks. 1. Breakfast - you should imagine more. At the same quality and price. 2. Put a clear notice at your sun beds on the beach to make it clear that are only for your guests. Write it in bulgarian, Serbian and romanian languages not only in english.

Excellent customer service from check-in to leaving. Spotless room with two balconies offering lovely seaviews. Loved the dedicated hotel guest sunbeds at the private beach club - completely hassle-free beach time. Nothing comes to mind.

The location is great, just few meters from the sea. Room was modern and well furnished. It has a special beach area with comfortable sunbeds and sea is awesome. not at all.

My experience at Assano was really great! The room was situated on the ground floor with a sea view and there were free sun beds for the guests and very comfortable. The hotel is right by the sea. Every day cleaning of the room. Free towels for the beach and the room. Also amenities for the bathroom. There is also big hair dryer in the room so I didn’t need to take mine. Also coffee machine in the room. In our room there weren’t stoves, but there was big fridge. The location is great, the whole street from the hotel to the marina is full with restaurants. The breakfast was so poor, only eggs, bacon, milk, little veggies, cornflakes, bread, butter and jam. And every day is the same. We were okay with that, but you have to eat the same thing everyday. And the food at the restaurant at all is not that tasty in my opinion. But everything else was so good. There are plenty of other places to eat.

The breakfast was nice. The location is good. Beach front. It is not luxurious at all. The room wasn't clean properly. It wasn't sea front. There was smell from the kitchen all over. . The mattres is very hard. The furniture is just ok, a bit old, nothing luxury again. The shower in the bathroom was not working properly. The siphone looked bad and dirty. The towels were the hardest ones in my life. On top of that there wasn't electricity for many hours, that means the air-condition didn't work and when open the window all the smell from the kitchens chimney and near restaurant came in. The brutal noise from the next building electricity generator as well.
