Nice hotel, good Western breakfast (extra fee). We had a room close to Lumière restaurant that belongs to the same hotel. The staff of the restaurant made their own party till 2am in front on our room. What is the point to be in an hotel if the staff breaks your night???

The hot water run out fast, not enough to complete a shower. The hotel offers free bikes which is great but all of them were not in good condition.

Total perfection. We even got upgraded. The rooms and the facilities are amazing. Perfect breakfast. Western food 1 min walk that also belongs to Loan owner and their food was super nice Nothing

Excellent welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Speak English and French. Possible to take shower before taking night bus. Comprehensive breakfast Hotel is outdated and needs extensive renovation to be at the standard of the other hotels of the same price range in Tam Coc.

Excellent oriental food for dinner, very helpful staff. Spacious rooms with a soul. Local restaurant ("La Lumiere") makes great latte. Great place for starting trips around Breakfast was a bit skimpy.

We got the triple bed room, so each of us had their own bed. The room was very big and spacious. The local receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, unlike her French colleagues. The room had an unusual angle that made it feel like you were never quite standing straight. Unfortunately, the drainage system was problematic, emitting a foul smell, and the shower drain was poorly positioned in the wrong corner. This design flaw meant that the entire bathroom often got wet, as the drain was on the opposite side. You couldn't open the windows in the bathroom, and the sink tap was too short for the size of the sink (maybe a better water pressure could fix that problem). Furniture was worn down. Most of the pictures on Booking.com are from bungalow and do not reflect the actual hotel rooms. The hotel seems to be managed by French people, one of whom greeted us when we were checking in. He seemed very cold and arrogant, something we haven't yet experienced in Vietnam during our 2 week trip. He first addressed us in English and then asked if we spoke French. When we said no, he continued to explain the stuff in French. We had to remind him we don't speak French, at which point he briefly continued the conversation in English and then (finally) let the kind receptionist do her job.

This place was our accommodation for night at tam coc, ninh binh. We looked for something basic for one night but this stay was amazing. Spacious banglo room, very clean and nice pool area. Located few minutes walking to the center near many restaurants and bars. Staff is amazing, gave us free beverages for the way as we left early though breakfast was not included. Nothing
