We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Miss Thuy, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warm hospitality and accommodating nature truly made a difference. Highly recommended – we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great location if you go by motorbike, it's in the middle from ninh binh city, trang an boat trip and dinh temple. Staff there where helpful, even when Booking page was not correctly working the day we book the hotel room they manage to set appropiate room for us. Recommended for sure to people travelling with motorbikes

As a solo traveller the friendliness of Tommy and the staff was much appreciated. The hotel and facilities were spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable.

We had an interesting trip, the hotel was very nice and it was really comfortable here, the receptionists were enthusiastic. I was sick before coming here and they took care of me, I was healthy again and very happy. I’ll be back here next summer Nothing

First of all the staff, they were so so friendly and helpful, it was such a pleasure dealing with them. The hotel was beautiful, the room and bathroom were huge and the bed super comfortable. The location although out of the main area was perfect for us, it was quiet and we walked to Trang An area. It was great value for money and I would highly recommend staying here. Nothing

The staff were so helpful and friendly; they went above and beyond to help us. The room was really big and clean with a super comfy bed. Our whole stay was just lovely and we are so grateful for the warm hospitality we received. The location is out of the way of the hustle and bustle but can easily be reached by a taxi which doesn’t cost more than 200k. As a result, it is a peaceful area to stay in. Nothing

Nice property. Rooms are spacious with balcony and has decent view. 17 yr boy at the reception is a gem. He is confident and has good communication. He is only one who handles foreign guests as other staff do not understand english but they their best. Travelling from hotel to attractions is quite convenient. Hotel arranges motorcycle so that's a plus. Breakfast is average. They don't cover the food items which attracts flies. Didn't feel hygienic. They need strong manager who can direct the staff and provide comfort to guests. This property needs professional help.
