The breakfast had very good spread and really valued. Even though the hotel is located away since we heired bike it was easy to travel all the site seeing places. The staff agreed to give the rent for one day even though it was from evening to next day Noting in particular

Excellent value for money. The room was new and clean. Two queen beds put together gave you a giant bed. The bathroom looks good as well. Toiletries include a razor, toothbrushes, cotton buds, a comb and shower caps. There is complimentary bottles of water, instant coffee and sweet tea in the room. Breakfast is excellent and included in the price. You can also rent a motorbike for 120k VND a day. not much honestly

Very modern and nice room. A luxurious feel and the biggest bed I have ever slept in. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast which was included. A bit of a bad location but easy to take a taxi to where you want to go.

Hotel was comfortable, beds very good and large. Amenities provided and clean towels etc. Rooms could have been cleaner, rooms need more maintenance for example, drains are not working well. Also, cleaners often cleaned rooms late in the day so sometimes the room wasn’t clean as we wanted to chill in the late afternoon not wait for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast was extremely poor, nothing catered to foreigners really.. and one day it was buffet, the next was a la carte and it just looked very unappealing.

I loved the service overall. They made the stay comfortable, helped us with information about where to go around in Ninh Binh. The front desk team (I cannot spell names correctly here, Ms Anh, Ms Linh and Mr Cong) are really helpful and lovely people. The rented scooters and cycles here are great in condition and efficient means to get around this place. There are local restaurants around this place if you do not mind exploring new taste. If you are picky eater, you can eat at this hotel, their food tastes close to most continental dishes. Either way, food is delicious at this place and anywhere in Vietnam.

Solid hotel with nice rooms. Unfortunately the place wasn’t cleaned well. Like crumbs in the room and restaurant table. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Big nice shower, stuff is really helpful despite the fact that they do not speak English in a fluent way. If you need assistance, they do everything for help. It is a bit outside. However, take a grab and go to the main city or sightseeing places. Very affordable prices.

The service was great. The staffs were very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and new. Great value for money. Highly recommended for people traveling to Ninh binh.

Nice hotel, excellent amenities, and a wonderful breakfast buffet, as there was a group there. Staff and management were fantastic when we mentioned there was some noise overnight from a rambunctious group. Dinner across street was a fun experience with a truly authentic setting: only westerners there! A bit farther to Tam Coc and backpacker hub than anticipated.
