The place was clean and look like the pictures… Owners are very kind! Was a really good experience. Mmmm we had a room with 2 windows… but none of them was really useful… so we needed it to keep the Lights on all the time

This is a family run accommodation that is beautiful and quirky. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location was off the main road which made it close to attractions like the Tam coc river where you can canoe and getting food etc. We paid to borrow the bikes for an easy ride through rice fields and a pagoda, which we loved. Using Grab was easy to get to other tourist areas. The room was quiet at night and I found the beds comfortable with two pillows. The breakfast egg sandwich was a hit with our family. I don't think you can hold it against the accommodation but the bathroom is part of your room but has more of an outdoor feel to it, as it is not air conditioned like the rest of the room. This isn't uncommon in some countries. It could have a fresher feeling about it but it really wasn't an issue. There was construction next door during the day but it wasn't much of an issue since we had a short stay and got up early to go places. The pool was lovely but could be cleaned better.

Loved this property. Perfectly located just outside of the Main Street noise. Located is perfect. The views from the top balcony are stunning. The staff are lovely and so helpful.

A bit noisy from construction next door but that’s not their fault

The hotel location was just a minute walk from the small downtown area. Construction noise outside my window the next morning starting at 7 AM. Jackhammers literally outside of my window.

The owners have a daughter named Jenny who is fantastic. She speaks perfect English and helps with anything. She booked taxis for me to Hanoi and trips to see sights. They have a nice breakfast daily and a nice pool. Nothing.

Massive “jack hammer” Construction woke us up at about 6am…

his family-run accommodation truly makes all the difference. You immediately feel warmly welcomed, like part of the family. The atmosphere is incredibly genuine and heartfelt. The swimming pool is perfectly located and adds a wonderful touch to the stay, especially after a day of exploring. Breakfasts are delicious, varied, and served with great care and attention. Everything you need is within easy reach, and in just a few minutes’ walk you find yourself surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of Tam Coc. The wifi was excellent and stable, perfectly suitable for video conferences without any issues. A true gem. I would return without hesitation.
