The room was spacious. The air conditioning did not work in our room, it was uncomfortably hot. We told the front desk, they were not able to do anything. They eventually brought us a small box fan which helped a little, but not much. We were supposed to stay two nights, but checked out early due to the lack of air conditioning. The hotel refused to refund us for the 2nd night, which seemed unreasonable. In addition to the lack of air-conditioning, the shower valve didn’t work properly, the water was too hot and you couldn’t turn it down, so I couldn’t shower. So much for the idea of a cool shower to cool down. We also ran out of toilet paper, there were no spare rolls. And they had zero drinking water in the room. No coffee or tea making facilities either. Breakfast was also rather mediocre. Definitely would not recommend.

The hotel is an old building, perfectly located in the old city and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Interior decoration is simple and very tasteful. It has a lovely shady courtyard on the front with comfortable couches. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Good breakfast although I wished it had a better bread selection. I stayed alone in a double room, which was very spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally big, with its own balcony.

Great location and great staff, breakfast was very good. Rooms are a bit outdated and air con wasn’t cooling the room properly, not a major issue as we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. I will recommend it for a short stay to visit the towns around.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dimora Intini. It’s a lovely historic hotel with beautifully designed, spacious rooms. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the host was very friendly and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. The tradition of hospitality is visible in everything, and the staff were all very nice. It’s a perfect base for exploring the region, and the bathroom and loggia in our room were the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

Not always easy to find a parking spot around.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great, close to the historical center of Noci. The breakfast buffet is just what is needed, with options sweet or salty. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. The room is big, clean and well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. Only thing, we had some difficulties to manage the water heat from the shower.

We met with Lorenzo when we arrived at the hotel in the evening and he was accommodating, he escorted us to the room by explaining the things in the hotel and the restaurant. The hotel was spotless amazingly and modernised with the historical texture of the building itself. Big old rooms with high ceilings (painted), we liked the cleanliness and modern renovation of the building and room. The bed and the pillows were brilliant. I would buy one of these pillows if I knew how/where to buy it! :) The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts which we had during our trip in Italy for 8 days! The quality of the food was exceptional not the variety of the options in the breakfast to be honest. We had to leave in one day! :( This is not the hotel's faulty but it was a little bit noisy during the night unfortunately because of the location of the hotel, out of a sudden during the day we woke up to glass noises because some people were throwing their rubbish.

This place is amazing, it feels like home yet still like high end hotel. We were amazed by the location, ambiente of the building, great food and friendliness of the staff, especially Lorenzo. We stayed in the room 21 with the beautiful old balcony. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. And the charming town of Noci is also totally worth visiting.

Great hotel. We had a terrace room and loved the space in the room and outside. Great view of Castro. Very generous and delicious breakfast. Bedside lighting was old fashioned.
