Overall experience was pathetic, they have even asked for extra money and still didn’t given us the proper room! The washroom gate was not getting locked, the AC was not working they were using water to so the cooling. The TV remote was also not working. There is no facility of proper cold water. Everything was pathetic. Nothing

I booked AC room, but they refused to give AC room. Staff was very rude...They directly said if you dont like the room then you can look for ant other hotel. I had to book another hotel.
