Its worst The service and staff

Stay was good but the room sizes didn't meet up to my expectations. But the food was good and I want to thank tridip and his staff for providing us good service. And in the reception sunny, vardhan and seema were very helpful. The gym was also well maintained. And lastly I want to thank saurav for the room upgrade.

Bed sheet has lots of spots and dirt, floor has lot dust, washroom is not clean enough.

Liked the cleanliness and breakfast. Location was also convenient. It was a good room built with all the required things in a very compact space. Some facilities like bathroom light and hair dryer were not working so caused a little inconvenience. TV was also not setup properly and set top box was hidden behind TV with no place to put it in front, so it was tricky too. Plus there was no TV remote provided. Would also appreciate if the check-in time is a little early and not 2 PM as for someone going to work, that time doesn't suit. Plus they don't provide any temporary room to even freshen up. One has to use restaurant restroom for that. They will keep you luggage though. Also, it was the first time any hotel took the payment during check-in and not checkout. It was unusual.

The food is expensive. One cup of ordinary tea costs more than 100 INR.

The stay was good , hotel staff is helpful especially Vardhan & Saurav who took care of us during the stay. Good to see Indian hospitality at Ginger with care and respect.

You need to follow hotel team to get your services even food was so so.

The stay was good. Staff are polite and helpful. sunny in the reception was quick with the checkin and was welcoming.

It is a very well maintained hotel. The staff are also very courteous and very helpful especially Sunny and seema in reception helped us with quick checkin and solved all our queries and special thanks to Mr Saurav for the city view room.

Well maintained hotel. Staff were very supportive especially sunny and vardhan from reception and tridip from restaurant who helped us in our overall stay. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was also good. Had a great experience here.

The overall experience in Ginger was very good.The staff are very friendly and helped us throughout the stay. Especially sunny and vardhan at reception were very friendly and provided us smooth check-in. Saurav also helped us with our queries. If you are in noida i will suggest you to visit here.

Good for single guests. Hotel is at prime location check was quick by Sunny & Vardhan. We wanted to thank Saurav for arranging for room upgrade. Gym and everything was well maintained cleaned

The hotel is good in terms of location but the only issue is room size, rest everything was good. Staff was helpful and concerned as well. Rooms are cleaned and good to go for an individual. Saurav was ready to accept the issues and changed my room immediately. Vardan was quick at reception

Very clean hotel with a well-maintained gym. Mahesh from housekeeping did a great job. Saurav at reception was quick and efficient. Seema and Vardhan were warm, helpful, and took good care of my room change request.
