It was newly constructed and clean, equipped with basic amenities. Most importantly, it was conveniently located near the venue I was visiting for meetings. The lift was a bit smaller; only two people can fit comfortably. Therefore, one often has to wait until the lift drops off the earlier occupants.

Excellent service, fast and polite. Good bathrooms. Very good price. Beds too short for large Europeans ?. Could be more silent in the night/morning. Breakfast was ok but could be bit more variety.
