The Perennial Hotel

I only like the location of the Hotel. 1- The hotel charged the amount that was more than the one showing over boooking.com application. 2- No Wi-Fi Facility at the hotel. 3- Room was not hygienic at all and even toilet door was not having lock from the inside. 4- Mattress was awful which led to back pain and there were mosquitoes in the room. 5- There were no food services available. 6- TV was not in a working condition and hotel staff was rude when asked to help in switching on the same.

The location a The staff was very rude and he is now allowing me to check in. He was demanding extra money. After the check in the wi fi was available. when I asked the staff they said they are busy. The tv in room was not working either. The facilities were very poor and s staff was very rude. will not recommend to anyone

Location, size of room Untidy, filthy bathrooms, choked wash basin, unclean toilet, no mat, no slippers. Broken bed, rusty kettle

The location was horrible. The room was very dirty with used and soiled linens, hair everywhere and a bad smell. Staff was extremely impolite and did not let 1 out of the 3 guests stay in the room. Our experience was so uncomfortable that after paying for 2 nights, we checked out after the first night itself. Terrible experience would not recommend it to anyone. Everything could be better. Nothing was good.

Actually at first when i booked this property through you then after reaching at the hotel premises they denied to take bookings from your app they said that they will book through hotel counter only then i booked the same with double the amount i paid 1700₹ which double the amount which bookings were showing through your app then at 1 am after complaining many times to hotel staff that continuously noise was coming from other room i complained the same that how could hotel staff could allow to take a bigg speaker to their room on complaining the same they said the other guest won’t be playing this speaker but they played it very loud disturbing the other guests also then after having no satisfying outcome i decided to leave that property and left the same property.

Had a very relaxed stay. Lovely building, calming greenery, healthy breakfast. What more could one ask for? We will be back again hopefully NA
