It was a really hopeless experience ever !!! There is nothing to be liked any thing ???? Really very bad experience ever,Booking.com is not showing the real picture of hotel , every thing is rapped in false information!!!! I hope Booking .com executive never visited such places & adding such places in there site without any compliance????. I don't know who placed such 3rd class hotel in 4 star rating??? What is there to be liked?? I don't know why booking.com is projecting Completely False information on there site??? Complete building have seepage problem.. As you entered the hotel you will smell beautiful smell of seepage.. As you entered the rooms this smelling will be free for you. Lightings suppose to be so dim that you will feel that you are in some hope less place. Third class cleanliness in rooms !! 1000 mosquitos are waiting for your to welcome !! As far as Toilets are concerned ,So wet that if we wash hands complete seewage water will flowing through your foot. No hanger/ we cannot hang garments in ,room as well as in toilet you have to do jugad!!! LED Tv was hanging on walls without network??? In corridor torn sofa was lying with bad smell with toiletries jhadu pochcha & other accessories. You cannot call from your room, always go to reception & ask for your requirements. No phone service ??? In Last what ever committed by booking .com was completely opposite what we found in hotel.. To hell with Oyo,To hell with Booking.com

Demanding extra money for stay do not book this property its a scam desetisfied. If anyone wants to book any property book avs hotel and resturants near 52 Metro Station gate number 3 they have a good staf and they don't ask extra money pay what you booked. I booked that property on same dates they are very good similar price way cheaper than this property.

Baiting skill to use your situation/need for a place when it is bone chilling cold out there. SCAM, ATTITUDE, THREATENING BEHAVIOUR AND NON RESPONSIVENESS. Rep from booking.com contacted them and have raised a ticket to acknowledge their greed to get more money. Confirmed twice before heading to the property about the room. I was conveyed all is ok. Turn up at the reception and I was told that the guy reached out to me by whatsapp(a complete lie) as he keeps a screenshot on his mobile and demands me to pay 2X the original price on top of the partial advance I paid. All of this happened at 8:30 PM when it is bone chilling out there with less than 10 degrees outside. Contacted booking.com and after 1 hour on the phone , back and forth conversation I was told that the guy was increasing price as I was with another person. Not a chance! i have taken pictures to prove that was not the case. Ended up in another hotel late paying a higher price, but I felt that's the right thing to do, as I cannot trust them and others should not face similar issue. It was a used room which was offered. Firstly its not at all townhouse. USed Condoms , Broken Almirahs, Used bed linen and list is endless. This was the worst ever stay from Booking ,com. Not at all expected I need Full money refund for staying in here

No hotel by this name .. they had different hotel name and no facilities as shown in pictures.. they even asked for more money than whats in the booking.com app
