The gym was too small. Some of the dining and serving etiquette needs to be looked at and the staff need to be educated. The food itself was amazing but things like: - Dirty napkins on the table - Dish covers left open in the buffet - Guests reusing plates when they go to serve again - Guests Using hands instead of tongs to pick up items This reflects on the hygiene of the dining facility and puts off others.

Restraunt was good. Great breakfast spread. Very friendly staff 1. Was required to change my room thrice. 307: noisy because of aircon outdoor unit on the roof making noise 211: because aircon stopped working 311: ok 2. Deli service very slow: ordered 8 tea... Took more than 30 mins 3. Gym: had dust settled on the equipment

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, the amenities were nice, and the staff was generally friendly. However, I was disappointed by an unexpected charge for item from the minibar that I did not use. The hotel insisted that the seal was broken, so I had to pay the cost, even though I was certain I hadn’t consumed. This left a sour note on an otherwise good stay. I would advise future guests to double-check the minibar upon check-in to avoid similar issues.

Property has a very positive ambience . All the management were also very nice. Bathrooms must have bath tubs if a guest pays almost 8000/- per night.
