Breakfast was good, with customisable options as well. Staff is always willing to help. Location is good with nearby eating options for younger people. Billing logistics. At first they refused to accept signing in the restaurant against room number . Also the spa insisted on direct payment. However, the card machine had to be used downstairs. none of this was told to me before I began the treatment. As a hotel guest, I may not have been carrying other modes of payment. Bathroom is basic. Only one hand towel given per couple. But they rectified that very soon. No shelf space in bath area. Spa is overpriced.

The staff was good. Otherwise for the price the place was not good For the price the room was Motel level as far as cleanliness. The view was not good, the location was not walk-able.

The WIFI in this hotel is VERY BAD. I paid extra for high speed and barely got 15 MBPS. The room doors do not lock well and scary WIFI ROOM LOCK

It’s a well located property with very efficient staff and a very good transport desk It’s very expensive for the size of the suite and the facilities it provides. The rooms and fittings are quite dated too

Food was good in the restaurant. Room suite size was good. Too expensive, for the money they charged there was no proper quality toiletteries in the room. They know well they are the only hotel in that area and seem to be charging top $ demand & supply!!!
