Livbox Hotel at Supernova

Not provided My experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel staff were unprofessional and rude throughout my stay. The most distressing issue was that I was locked out of my room due to a faulty lock and had to wait outside until 3:30 AM. The staff offered no assistance and behaved rudely when I requested help. I even had to bring my own plumber to resolve the issue, which is completely unacceptable. Despite charging star hotel prices, the service was nonexistent. Additionally, the bathroom was in terrible condition—no lights, no towels, and overall poor hygiene. Given this experience, I strongly recommend removing this hotel from your listing to prevent others from facing similar issues. I also request a full refund for my stay due to the lack of basic amenities and service. I have a video recording as proof if required. Please address this issue at the earliest and let me know the next steps regarding my refund. Looking forward to your prompt response.

The high floor with stunning view The location is extremely isolated, situated in the middle of nowhere. We arrived early, coming directly from the airport, and I had informed them twice about our arrival time. Despite this, when we reached around 8 AM, nothing was open. After some time, a half-asleep caretaker showed up, took my documents, and led us to see the room. The building was still under construction and appeared very shady, with a horrible stench and everything falling apart. When we got to the room, the key didn’t work, and the caretaker took another 10 minutes to return with a replacement. We were exhausted and just wanted to rest, but the room was a nightmare. The washroom was filthy and rusty, with walls in the room crumbling and peeling. The overall state was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, there was no way to get food in the morning since everything opened only after 10 AM. We didn’t stay a minute longer. We immediately left and found alternative arrangements.

Nothing Entrance wasn't maintained properly

Only the view from the balcony is good. It's not worth the money , the room is not maintained properly and was not clean . There is not even proper fitting done in the bathroom , there was leakage in washbasin . Also, at this price, I was not expecting a low quality room . It's just equivalent to any 1k or 1.2k hotel rooms. Just didn't meet my expectations. It doesn't matter that it's located inside Supernova , it's not worth the price.

The staff was helpful but were initially unaware of our booking when we reached there. The room has some good features and the balcony had a good view. There were 3 approvals needed before entering the premises. The entry area was decent and we'll maintained. The way to the room wasn't the best. There was only one elevator working and it took a while. The entrance to the floor was dirty and dingy. The room itself was dirty. We only were given one towel and the bathroom was very dirty. It had no exhaust system so the floor remained wet once used, the smell was very bad as well. The balcony area once again was filthy and had open pipes.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH MR. ANSHU AND HIS STAFF EVERYTHING NO HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDING BEDSHEETS, CLEANING OF ROOM, WASHROOM CLEANING NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER BOTTLES NO FOOD AND MAINLY THE RESPONSE OF THE STAFF WAS VERY VERY VERY POOR. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU GUYS ARE RUNNING THE HOTEL WITH THAT STAFF. THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT ANYTHING, IF YOU ARE DOING ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR EFFORTS TO DO IT OTHERWISE, PLEASE LEAVE THE JOB.

I did not like anything. This is not a hotel. It more like airB&B. My friends booked through airB&B for almost half the price. I had to change the room they provided to me twice. The first room they gave me was not cleaned. There were cigarette snubs and ashes everywhere and towels on the floor. There was an open duct next to the main door. The second room i received also had an open duct above next to the door. After about 15 minutes i checked into the room the power went off and there was water pouring from the ceiling of the washroom. The common areas of the hotel was also very dirty. There were tobacco spit marks in the corners. One of my friend could not reach her room which was at the 26th floor as the elevators were not working. She had to wait in the lobby for more than a hour at 11.00 pm at night which is not very safe. All together the our experience was really bad. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. I did not expect this from Booking.com. I would recommend Booking.com to takeout the listing of this hotel from their website.
