receptionist was very rude her behaviour was very rude no talking sense she dont know how to talk with customer the checkin time was 12pm when i reached there are 11:30 she charges me 200 rs extra for 30 minore checking i dont know why

Nothing Everything, bathroom look so dirty , room blanket soo soo dirty and black , Even they have no facility of water , when u need water they tell us to come ground floor to fill up water from filter, my room was at 3rd floor , it's so frustrating ? Think twice before booking this hotel
