Hotel Belsito

The property looks nice on the outside as well as common areas, the breakfast was good. There are grocery stores, laundry mat, close by.It was close to where I needed to be, to visit my family. It was rated as a 4 star, very far from a 4 star. I’d give it a 2 star. The rooms are very old, we had a room for 4, and beds were just on metal frames and one single bed was in an old material frame that was all stained and dirty. The bathroom looked like it was updated but the shower was still old. The tabletop in the room had chunks that were peeled off and the fridge is barely cold. The pool liner is all detaching from the wall and needs to be replaced. If they would do some of these simple updates, it could increase there rating.

Clean room, nice swimming pool and good breakfast Very disappointed with our stay. During a heatwave, the air conditioning in our room did not work. We repeatedly informed the staff, but they kept brushing us off and saying it would be fixed, yet nothing changed. The fridge also didn’t work, so we couldn’t even keep water cold. After several complaints, we were finally moved to another room, but unfortunately the same two issues were present there as well. This made our stay very uncomfortable and was not the experience we expected.

Clean, amazing staff. Parking was sometimes tricky for our larger car. The pool was closed at the hottest part of the day.

It was clean and welcoming and the children felt very comfortable and had fun

one of our favorite hotels! we have been staying here for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Rooms are being upgraded and are always clean. hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. food is great, from breakfast, poolside lunch, and frozen espresso in the lobby. we've stayed while there has been a party in the ballroom and outside but have not been disturbed by noise at all. The location is great (we stay for the giglio feast in town center) and access by car is very easy to all areas from the coast (naples down to sorrento) or to the mountains. They will schedule a driver for you if you request in advance as well! Will always recommend this hotel if you are coming to the area.

Being English, would have liked at least one channel on TV, because of inclement weather had to stay in room longer han wished.

It was clean I am giving a 8 just because i don't wanna ruin your rating, but i would give less Internet was limited , and I couldn't work on pc Breakfast was very poor, no eggs , nothing.

Everything, clean, close to everything, good variety at breakfast, great staff, the hotel manager Gianni us extremely nice to all guests to make sure your stay is great.

the hotel itself was a good value of money. the breakfast was included but it was a little sad about the choices. receptionists were so sweet. they welcomed us with smiles and the hotel was so welcoming about our dog! they gave us freebies for our Dog. we were on the third floor and we didn’t have a balcony. the cleaning staff had opened our room while we were still sleeping without even knocking.

Its location The air conditioner in the room was too small for the size of the room and since the room was on the 3rd floor it could not keep the room at a temperature which was cool enough. The drain in the shower was clogged so you cannot shower for long otherwise the bathroom will flood. An incident happened on our 1st morning there, we left €20 note on the bedside table which was stolen when we came back in the afternoon it was no linger there. The hotel manager did mot even entertain our concern and kept saying that we must have misplaced it.

Rooms were nice, clean and a good size. Music from a birthday celebration in the rear part of the hotel was very loud until 1am, despite being told it would end at 12 after complaining. Our mistake, but the hotel is a long way from Naples, an hour 30 mins away and it was a long walk to the bus replacement for the train.

Exceptional

The Hotel is more beautiful than the photos. Very nice, friendly and gentle staff. They offer inside dinning which is very good and affordable.
