A perfect hotel, very clean. The staff are helpful and friendly, thank them all. Since there is a shopping mall downstairs, children can find food options even at 11 pm.

Hotel locate in shopping center. Good for shopping and dining. The room is large and very modern. Breakfast is great and lot of choice. The air condition is not working in every room that we stay. The hotel staff told us that the central air condition system of hotel is not operate this time of year. That mean we have to open window if we need cool air. I am not understand the reason of this. This trip, we stay in around 9 hotel and the others have no problem with AC system. The staff offer discount for car park. We have 2 cars and we pay for 1 carpark.

The staff at the Bar was not able to operate the booking into the system and could not serve a table with 10 drinks orders within 30 minutes. So we cancelled our order and left. On the second day breakfast was not fresh anymore including bread from the day before and ham which was way not as fresh as the day before and as a must for a 4 Star Hotel.
