The staff, service, and overall experience were excellent. The property is beautifully serene and quiet — the pool area feels like being immersed in nature, surrounded by birds, butterflies, and lush greenery. The sauna was a great addition. A genuinely peaceful and relaxing stay.

Probably the only review you need to read from the most recent visitors. ? ….. we traveled to many 5stars elite villas quite often together and this place is very special, here is why. we went for our couple retreats to enjoy some privacy away from our kid and the city stresses. This place offers all that we needed in regards of serenity quality of stay, privacy and quietness, attention to details attentive staffs and the true feel like home with extra pampering on top. The villa has very good size temperature control pool, It’s just great. Cleanliness was 10/10 we didn’t mind any bugs or insects since the location is like right by nature.. the bathroom is big size very comfortable size for two of us. The geese the turkeys, chickens walking around the area etc. are just too adorable to not love them ? Staffs are very attentive. They show so much care and that is something money can’t really buy it’s truly in their mind set and we personally think that they have the best selections of staffs for the 5 stars they earned hands down. The breakfast was great good choice good presentation the in room service food was also reasonably priced has a lot of choices and the one we ordered just tasted really good. We had such a great time. The only regret was that we didn’t stay long enuf… ? If you are those with deep pockets looking for luxury quiet place to stay for the weekend with own pool you need not to look further. We highly recommended this villa out of anywhere in Khaoyai area. We need to make sure we give them the review they deserved for everyone who is planning to book their trip, that you are about to make the best choice for private pool villa. It s worth every single Baht we spent no bias no sponsorship just truly from our experiences. Enjoy! Nothing

Every. Single. Thing. I did not have even the most minute inconvenience at all. The temperature controlled pool really kept the water warm throughout my entire stay which ultimately made me never leave the pool. The bed was comfortable. The tv an projector were really cinematic. The sauna works a little too good!!!. And khao yai on its own is a beauty. The private pool villas take that and amplify it by x100! The private butlers were attentive and everything could be provided like massages and transportation. Loved the place and loved the staff and they ended it all with a farewell gift! Words dont do them justice i could go on and on.. That i cant live there forever

Everything! The service was outstanding, everything we asked for, even if not a standard request, was dealt with in record time. The villas are extraordinary, every last detail was thought about from indoor and outdoor shoes, fluffy towels to cotton buds. The view outside is amazing, the pool was exactly what we dreamt about-heated. The facilities were fantastic- outdoor sauna, jacuzzi, bath, shower, fire pit, all you could ask for. Great breakfast, lots of choice and also the room service menu was really good and there was a large selection to choose from. There is a buggy service to help with all needs, and as we were traveling with a baby, the staff were so attentive - gave us kids toys and play mats. Once again we have to emphasize how amazing the staff were with everything we asked - and thing we didn’t ask for, always with a smile and a real excellent customer approach As for attraction-most are a bit far but we did visit night markets that were near via taxi (not expensive and the driver stayed with us the whole time). Even though the location is not very central and far away from most attractions - we truly recommend staying here, a once in a lifetime time amazing experience in an outstanding service villa hotel. The villa pool amazing! We like the privacy and all facilities in the room! The heated pool is perfect! A perfect place to get calm and peace! The bed is really uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep well at night, And since 6 in the morning there is light in the whole room, even though I closed all the curtains, there is no opacity of light at all in the room.

Room was amazing and loved the temp controlled pool, overall great place. The projector screen was a great bonus! Breakfast wasn't very tasty, beds a little hard, and that's it.
