Close to home, I had to stay there while my home was being renovated. Wonderful staff, patient with me as I cannot speak Thai very well. Water pressure could have been better

Shower needs thorough cleaning. Toilet seat needs fixing. Breakfast was disappointing.

The Bed The Food

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to attend to a vegan style breakfast for me. BTS pink line is only 10 minute walk away. Also Central Chen Wattana is only 4 minutes by pink line or 10 minutes by taxi. Nice restaurant in a tropical forest setting next to the hotel.

Staff were unbelievably lovely and kind. You could not ask for better staff! Very clean and helpful. The air con was excellent. When I told my hotel about my allergies and had questions regarding breakfast, they were straight on it and very quick in responding via email and also in person they spoke to the chef about making me something separate. I felt very valued and appreciated. I can find the picture, but everything was clean, massive bed, desk space, fridge and balcony. Nothing. But there is building work going on nearby, which they can’t help per say. However, it is a little noisy occasionally. But I was in my room all day.

Room is clean, staff is nice, breakfast was also nice (doesn't have many options, but tasty). Transfer from the Impact Arena to the hotel ? There were no slippers (maybe they are not provided in general, but I for some reason thought that they should have been in the room)

For me personally I prefer thinner pillows. My partner had no issues with it.

The hotel is very clean, well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t get a cab and the staff called to order a taxi. Quiet location away from the traffic. The nearby cafe is also very nice with great coffee and a beautiful garden.

I needed a few nights to stay near the airport but didn't want to close so this was my choice. Very glad I chose to stay here. Upon arrival at 4:00 the staff was friendly and spoke English. There was security on sight which most places have. The lobby was clean and modern.. Our check in was smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable and quiet. The water, and coffee were nice along with the soaps. The hotel was quiet as a mouse. We ate at the forest restaurant which was a pure treat with the beautiful waterfall ponds, fish and gardens. The cost was about 275 baht to get from the airport to the hotel and about the same to get to town. The room needs extra night table and towel hooks in the bathroom
