Elevators and key card limitations

We had a excellent stay at Oakwood, very good breakfast, we had dinner and food was excellent. MRT was few steps away, distance to the city but this location fulfilled my needs. All good

The building is underwhelming. I was looking for something exciting and when I arrived the building is much smaller than the pictures make it look.

The room views is great. The daily cleaning as part of the room service was poor

The apartment looked good- very “instagramable”, modern. However it was built to look good but not to last. The best part of the Oakwood suites is the staff, they were very friendly. This property was very over priced for what we got. The 2 bedroom apartment is neat however there were bad stains on the couch and cracks on the walls. The apartment is advertised as sleeps 4, but the main bedroom had a double bed and the 2nd room has one single bed! Definitely not big enough for 2 people, and even too small for our two small children. And the couch was so dirty we couldn’t put one child on the couch. We also found the hotel was in the middle of no where. There are no restaurants or shops in the area the only thing around was a Seven eleven. It’s right along side the highway in quite a run down area of the city. We checked out after one night to a more suitably located area.

Restaurant staff and food were great. Front desk assisted in a lockout. Baggage assistant was great. Fitness center and pool outstanding. The window in the kitchen needs drapes. Heat coming through the glass, extreme heat in kitchen and bathroom. Makes A/C work harder. Nothing in the refrigerator including water was complimentary. Entrance doors, one for hotel the other for condos, cause alot of confusion. People going in and out continue to stand and tap there hotel card on condo side and are confused. An elderly Chinese man tried pulling the fire alarm to exit the bldg. Staff at condo side watch people do it and don't offer guidance.

This place is awesome. The most comfortable beds in Thailand I’ve slept in. Clean rooms , friendly staff, nice restaurant downstairs and close to MRT. I will keep booking here I wish they had the Pay at Property and Free Cancellation thing. Other than that no complaints

Nice place to stay for a quick trip. Don’t expect 5 star but comfortable accommodation. Cleanliness particularly the bathroom. Found hair in shower and bath towels. The shower head looks grimey. If you’re staying here, I would bring your own towels and bathroom amenities. The ones they give you are dirty or poor quality. It’s clear from other reviews that it consistently doesn’t meet cleanliness standards. If they fix this, then this place would be amazing.

Fast and friendly check-in. Room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved having a washing machine to give our travel clothes a wash. Really nice coffee machine so we could wake up to a decent cup of coffee. We had a late check-in so I appreciated the quick room service delivery. This is the second time I have stayed at this property and will be back for sure. It was all good

Comfortable stay bed was soft. The shower was warm. Everything you want in a hotel. Great location. The staff was very friendly. Not that I can think about.

Rooms were modern and clean and cozy. Really enjoyed the rooftop views. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repairs during our stay there. It was unexpected, but we understand it has to happen sometime.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Does not match the photos. Windows not clean. I hated the place so I wanted to check out 1 hour after I checked in. They charged the whole stay but told they’ll refund 1 night out of 3 and never refunded. Will never visit here again and strongly advise not to go there for anyone else. Absolutely nothing. Horrendous

The Staff is amazing! No matter the time of day, they will go out of their way to help you. I also enjoyed the room and the view - I was on the 21st floor, with an amazing view of the neighborhood behind me, to get a real sense of the daily Thai life. Street food was in walking distance and there was a terrific hot pot restaurant on the other end, that was open until 3 AM. The kitchen included a washing machine. You need to get your own detergent, but that is easy to do - 7 Eleven was right where the street food vendors park. Also, the metro is nearby. The value can't be beat and even the direct sales were not expensive! And, they kept my bags for me whenever I checked out for weekend stays elsewhere in Thailand - FOR FREE. Oakwood Residences Tiwanon is THE place to stay if you need a long-term residence with 5-star treatement. Only note was the shower temperature, and we tried hard to get it hot enough for my preference. The service team came three times to help me! Other than that, this place was great!

Good AC. Decent mattress. Had washer and small kitchen. Free parking. Far from a five start hotel wearing hotel. More like three star wearing a fake designer dress.

Great staff, the general manager was brilliant as were the breakfast, reception and cleaning staff. Nice new clean rooms, great Wi-Fi, nice pool, decent shower (with a proper door) and very secure, your card only gives you access to your side of the floor plus obviously the communal areas. If you want to leave a tip for the room cleaners (I always do if they’re good) who are fabulous here give it to them a day or two before you check out as it’s a different person who comes to your room on your last day. The location is great if you want the Lelux hospital but there’s not a great deal in walking distance from there. Nothing really if I had to say something I’d say the breakfast options were not massive.

It was priced well. The staff were sweet and accommodating. The prop3rty was not uncomfortable. -it was very far from everything. -there was in odor in the hallways and they were very very hot as if they did not cool the floors. - The Executive Suites were a little on the small side, but very doable.

With living room, kitchen and separate toilet from the room, even with cutlery provided, love it so much. The toilet got one type of unpleasant smell, but I know this smell just for apartment or condominium will have it, due to the drainage pipe. Besides, the sofa actually not so firm, too soft.
