Hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The location suited me. There were markets along the same street where I could buy local food. Basin tap in bathroom had no hot tap and rooms did not have a telephone but for the price it was extremely good value.

When we arrived, it was exceptional service from the start. Our bags were taken up to the room earlier than the stated check-in time upon paying an earlier check-in fee of an extra ฿300. The room was very well presented and looked stunning for what we payed. So absolute value for money. Right next to amazing street food and a seven-eleven! So perfect spot! Nothing to add...we were more than happy and would recommend and book again!

Unfortunately did not have time to sample the breakfast. But the location was good as we were close to friends. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and professional. I would happily stay here again. The only downside to the location was that it was far from any main train stations. Even the taxi took an hour to get us to the train station where we needed to connect for our next destination.

The Lux Boutique was very well located, a little walk to the train and taxis could drive in and pick up. Everything was very clean and the room was very spacious. There was a washing machine for laundry and a Seven Eleven just next door. The beds were too hard.

We felt like we were sleeping on a highway. Our room was at the front of the hotel and VERY noisy. The curtains and blind were not blockout - lights shone straight into room. Bed was EXTREMELY hard. No iron or hairdryer in room although I could borrow a hairdryer from the front desk but not an iron. Staff spoke very little English but were polite and we managed to understand one another. The room was clean and the shower was quite good. We were attending a wedding nearby which was the reason for our stay. Mostly the hard bed and the traffic noise and the fact there were no blockout curtains or blinds.

The staff were ok, but I had trouble communicating in English with them - not their problem, but just info for other travellers. We were staying there so we could attend a wedding nearby, so the location was good. But, it was a wedding and there was no hairdryer in the room and no iron in the room OR in the hotel at all! The bed is the hardest I have ever experienced. My hips were quite sore after trying to sleep on it. Maybe consider a mattress topper? There is no hand soap at the sink and the bathroom has hardly any space for toiletries.

Good value There is no attempt whatsoever to disclose to potential customers on the website or any other site such as booking.com that it is cash only up front. That is totally unsatisfactory for international guests arriving late at night.
