Hotel allowing us to check in earlier by signing up the Accor members. Front desk staffs are helpful in answering our enquiries. Location is perfect as we are attending concert at Impact Areana. Breakfast is considered good but the environment can be improved to be more cosy. Hotel room is clean and above my expectation. The food in Groove is excellent. Even though the room was small, it was was cozy and well-equipped. The staff were attentive and friendly. Easy walk to Impact Exhibition Hall. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had many options to choose.

Location closeness to motor show that I attended. Small room, tiny shower area, not great view from room. Limited covered parking so car was in the sun all the time.

convenient location for a few nights stay when attending a concert or event held in impact. staff are so lovely and helpful. beds are comfy. room and shower are a bit small but pretty equipped. parking is available. breakfast could be better. the hotel doesn't provide full set of toiletries (there are only shower caps, soap and shampoo) so make sure you bring what you need (or go buy some at 7-11). wifi going off and on-- could be improved.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient enough to the int'l school (ISB), but it's really meant for people attending conferences at the Impact center. The shower was teeny tiny (although the water pressure was good), and the toiletries provided consisted of one combined shampoo/shower gel/face wash. So clearly designed only with men in mind. The breakfast was just ok - to be fair, I prefer western options, and there weren't many options. But the chef making the eggs was lovely and remembered my order for my entire stay!

Hotel located near impact arena and it’s very easy for us to use skywalk to the concert. The room is clean and comfortable. Air condition works well. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly.

Next to event location Refused my booking of connecting room although i have paid fully with "first come first served" reason. After talking a while, thing has been settled. Pls recheck this to avoid with other customers
