The price was on sale which made it a good deal, if it was normal price, it would not have been worth it. The advertisement said Airport shuttle which was a lie. There was a shuttle to take you to a few locations one way. If you wanted to go to either BKK or DMK they would call you a cab. Calling a cab is not a shuttle. I also paid for the breakfast but it didn't appear on the booking although it appeared on my credit card statement, so I had to pay again at an increased rate. The breakfast was decent but the evening food. Was rather poor. I wouldn't recommend ordering from the menu at night.

The beds are really good. The price was fairly attractive. Staff was very friendly. It is hard to believe the hotel is only 12 years old. I stayed in the same Hotel 6 years ago, and it has degraded since. The carpet in the hallway looked like it had never been cleaned, the room has lots of small scuffs and damages. The shower has ever changing pressure/ temperature, the windows provide no noise insulation. We stayed in the same Hotel 6 years ago and major criticism was the meager breakfast buffet. That is gone now, instead you get to chose between two meager, blant options ala cart We only went to the Hotel breakfast once as it was blant and the coffee was terrible, but mostly because of the lots of cockroaches living around the toaster/bead section.

The bed was large and very comfortable and the location was close to where we needed . The lady that was cleaning the rooms stopped to say hello and had a big smile and was very happy. The breakfast selection was poor and very disappointing for a 4 star hotel . There were no sunbeds around the pool and the seating was uncomfortable .The shower temperature was luke warm and the hand basin leaked. This was more like a 3 star hotel and not to the standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed in.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was old and not clean especially in the bathroom. Hallway carpet was lot of big marks and quite dark in the night. The shower was hardly adjusted to the right temperature.
