I really enjoyed my stay here every time, comfort room with Excellent location . Nothing

We made two reservations for five nights at this property and within a few hours of arriving, and after paying a fee for early check-in, our plans changed and we needed to leave town. The front desk staff did not help us try to get a refund, even though we were on property for less than eight hours. I’ve tried to reach out to this property multiple times and have never heard back. Super disappointing.

The room was small, but efficient. The cold breakfasts were just what I wanted, so didn't try the hot breakfast. Plentiful water delivered daily. Nice restaurant in hotel and even better one with live music just across a pleasant little pond. Everything in the room functioned correctly, no loose plumbing or light switches that don't work. The bed was really comfortable. Frankly, I thought I'd made a mistake. Our cab had trouble finding the place and let us out a few doors away, in front of a laundry and some ugly buildings. Our room was distant from the front desk, in a cluster of ugly buildings, so when we got to the room it was a surprise to find that it was good, modern and clean. Not nearly as close to DMK as it looked on the Booking.com map.

The room was large but very basic. The general appearance of the room was somewhat dated. The hotel is under a high voltage electrical pylon. There is also a construction site within the property which starts machinery operations at 7am, not much sleep thereafter. The restaurant next door named Hidden Backyard is excellent for dinner.

The air con was not working and it took them some time to fix it . WiFi was not great. The staff were very helpful and kind though . Breakfast is limited . Do ensure to check if your room is on the ground floor as the steps are steep to the second floor and there’s no lift . Our sofa was very worn out and flooring missing outside the bathroom. Some nice cafes and restaurants around .

It was okay. Some good restaurants nearby. Bed was good. I did get YouTube but that was it. Stairs were almost dangerous. We were on the 2nd floor. I think there were ghosts! Strange noises at night.

We arrived late night and the first thing we notice is the smell at the lobby area which is relaxing. The check-in process was smooth and we really like the room. This area far from the center of Bangkok but if you are looking for a place to stay to watch a concert at Impact Arena, this is a good location. I also love that there are nearby restaurants and a small grocery area. I also love the small things ...like the coffee and water accessible for all guests, and the free use of the massage chairs for the guests. <3 -

The place was cute and had a lot of facilities available for the guests. The massage chair was a definite plus especially after the whole day of being out. There’s also several restaurants and an ice cream place nearby. The bedroom is spacious and well-stocked, and guests have access to water in the kitchen. The place was also close to Impact Arena, where we watched a concert during our stay. The staff are very attentive, though, and they seemed very easy to talk to despite the language barrier. The shower doesn’t have a curtain or a way to not let the water spread out across the whole bathroom so we had to ask for extra towels to keep a part of the floor dry. It’s also not close to the city proper so you’d need to get a cab and pay for toll to get there.

Nice property and the towel replenish was consistent on a daily basis. Location between the property and downtown Bangkok is not convenient and the traffic was not pleasant.

The hotel is quite near Bangkok airport (BKK, cause there are two) and it was surprisingly charming. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Staff is super nice as well. They also have a little "essentials store" at the lobby in case you urgently need some snacks or toiletries. They also give you a discount in the restaurant next door which is great. It´s all GOOD! Far from the city, but that is obvious as it is mainly an airport hotel.
